  1. Offers nothing so just drop him out of the matchday squad and stick one of the under 21 strikers in. They have pace and potential so why not given them a chance over this fraudster.
  2. 19 wins in our last 82! Shameful and served up by King Power and their dreadful continued mismanagement and stonewalling of the fans! It’s time to sell and take John Rudkin and Martyn Glover with you.
  3. Can’t score and can’t defend! Every team that we play against let’s us have the ball and when it gets to Okoli they press us knowing he is so so shit they know it’s going to be gifted to them somehow. Why persist with this 4231 with feeble and half arsed players and wingers who have been found out. Bin it and try something basic like a 442 to try and galvanise them and nick a win!
  4. Keep the same team as Tuesday apart from drop Mavadidi and bring in Fatawu but swap BDCR from right to left wing.
  5. Seems the right fit for a change, like Milne, Little, O’Neill and Pearson were. Bottom line is he knows Championship football and more importantly what’s required to galvanise the team and get the crowd behind them.
  6. I felt yesterday that Page contributed more than Ayew, Aribo and Mavididi in his seven minutes. Says it all about those three doesn’t it!
  7. I hope you are right but also think Stoke may get dragged into it! Let’s see how they get on at home to Oxford tonight! Other than us and Wednesday they are their third worst in the form table.
  8. We are better organised and Skipp and Winks are definitely putting in a shift in Midfield and Mukasa is offering a bit of attacking intent. The same problems exist though. Mavididi either can’t be arsed or beats himself in his own head before attempting anything and Ayew is utterly repulsive. He should have kept BDCR on and swapped him to the left for Mavididi when bringing on Fatawu and left Daka on until at least 80/85 minutes as he occupied their back line and actually did hold the ball up better today than he has for a while. Ayews selfish shot straight at their keeper sums him up when Mukasa is free on the edge of the box. it just shows you how poor the league is and how far Marti’s appointment and abysmal coaching has dragged us down when we see teams like Boro and Stoke who are top two and have been in the top six respectively. Rowett is no messiah but has given us all a bit of hope and made the team a bit harder to play through and I like the fact he kicks every ball and is constantly vocalising but why wasn’t he appointed 4 games previously?
  9. Ultimately 2 points dropped but at least We stuck at it for 90 minutes and should have nicked the win which is a positive. Mukasa was excellent in the second half and set up Mavididi, Aribo and Thomas but none of them could finish. I don’t think playing Monga from the start in a relegation battle is the way forward either and I’m glad he made the change for Aribo. Rowett is definitely more visible with his in game management than we have seen for some time which I like. But he needs to st us up to cut out the crosses that we seem to just watch floating onto the opposing players head/foot.
  10. We need to stop the crosses in the first place and the wingers/full backs need to be throwing themselves to block the cross.
  11. I’d be showing him that on loop until he realises he needs to track back! His man all day long..
  12. I am looking forward to how he sets us up and the players he picks. But A clean sheet that guarantees at least a point would be good for starters, and a late smash and grab away win would be perfect!
  13. Why wouldn’t you appeal a sanction that you felt was unfair having been found guilty? Who on here wouldn’t appeal a custodial sentence in the criminal courts if you felt it was unduly hefty for a first offence? How do we know that the mitigation hasn’t been considered and/or applied correctly by the independent panel! Kieran Maguire felt that our punishments was hefty. if the club win and it’s reduced to a fine or 2 points then from a playing/spirting perspective it’s a no brainer Let’s not forget The football authorities keep amending the rules as it suits and at the time when we breached the rules were different so should we be punished so heavily especially retroactively?
  14. Yes and notwithstanding he would want a contract on improved terms and the ability to bring in some additional coaching staff.
  15. Problem is that Top has massive delusions of grandeur. They have form for it, just look at the early years when they let Nigel go to Hull and appointed Paulo Sousa, then Sven before eating humble pie and getting him back in. Add to that John Rudkin who is massively limited and Glover who is tied to his mates agencies where he may get a kick back! I also think Top is sulking because he can’t have what he wants, We promote! No we bottom 3 ****wit!
  16. I think for me the utter waste of a gift staring you in the face in the summer is enough to realise that the incompetence is beyond arrogant. Brian Barry.Murphy played the way that the ‘child’ wanted and would have had King as his assistant, notwithstanding the financial saving of hiring, sacking and paying up Marti.
  17. I am interested to watch how FoxesTalk skew the betting odds today now Dyche is available!
  18. I am torn between thinking with results like this and the two reds we are mired in a South East Asian spread betting scam or we are just unfit, spineless and shit!
  19. Maybe the rumour for Southgate is for head of Accountancy!
  20. I agree and perhaps a cheap and often overlooked option would be Alan Sheehan if we can’t do a deal with someone like Rowett. But please don’t let it be Brussell
  21. He is a good shout and Niige came from the lower league management pool didn’t he! I also like the job that Neil Harris is doing at Cambridge Utd. He has plenty of Championship experience and came in February 2 seasons ago and turned Millwall back into a nasty, hungry team again after they flirted with ‘sideways and backwards’ themselves. Most importantly he kept them up comfortably.
  22. At this rate Watford will have hired and sacked their next incumbent before we act!
  23. I think Rudkin is scared of strong characters and as quoted in the article we appointed Ciifuentes when Wilder had said that he would come in and shake things up! I can imagine a rage fuelled Wilder kicking down his door. Also Not being in contact with another strong willed character Mareaca as well is damning. It’s shit because these six points would’ve been manageable had they appointed someone like Wilder in the summer as I feel the points deduction would be moving us out of the play offs rather than placing us in the precarious position we are now in.
  24. Bit like the Epstein files. The obvious wronguns are seemingly getting away with doing whatever the **** they want cos of their status. The plebs get shafted.
  25. Quality midfielder, great vision and range of passing, unlocked the front three of Linekar, Lynex and Smith. Literally helped drag us up the table to promotion.
