No not really, sounds like it has been his best season by far though. So why not play him on the left up front? Is Palmer better? Is Foden really better than Bellingham or Rice in the middle for England?

I would play Foden on the left of the front 3 as it goes, but I think Rice and Bellingham need a defensive midfielder behind to get the best out of them.

If Rice plays well we win. I don't think you can say the same about Foden.

In that formation you waste Rice as the holding midfielder, he is WAY better than that.

Rice, Mainoo and Bellinghmam should be the midfield 3.

He should indeed, I once appealed a fine which I got in such a car park because I drove in and then waited 10 minutes because is was absolutely hammering it down with rain before buying a ticket. I did however leave only about 30 minutes into the hour I paid for which might have helped the appeal on the basis that they were not in any way out of pocket.
