It's just another reason to hate football in its current state.

Isn't this all a bit pointless - yes it's fun to speculate, but truthfully, is it likely to happen? I can't see any change till a buyer is found and they appoint their own choice.

Theatre of Nightmares

IF, if they had any sense, Kaspar would be back as gk coach.

Have I missed something - do we have one now Ricky has gone? Hamza's face is all over everything I look at so has he been appointed?

perfect pic for a caption - wonder what Susan is thinking as she stares at Rudkin's head

Interesting radio 4 programme today at 3.00pm about gambling companies affecting football clubs and absent owners killing community. They used Blackburn Rovers as a point of reference but a lot could have been about LCFC.

this can't be FT - there is far too much optimism and positivity

All those able to attend the protest should wear clown costumes so they fit in with the board.

when were the accounts submitted late - does that mean a retrospective points deduction for the last time we were in the prem - in which case, one more point deducted from our relegation total wouldn't make any difference?

I wish Ak would kick off if NP is not recruited as interim, they worked together often enough and that relationship never soured.

Could the plane drop anything over the ground - like leaflets or tennis balls, or manure?

The Winks rehabilitation confirmed as Maresca appointed for a 2nd term well, well

if it is R Martin, after 59 years of supporting the club through thick and thin, I will be finished - even if he had us winning the Champions League sorry

much as I admire his skill, I could throttle Rory McIlroy when he says he "held" a putt - no you didn't, you mean you holed it

Well there's 13.5 minutes of my life I'll never get back, I should have stopped listening after 2 or 3 minutes as nothing was said. It's like listening to the current batch of politicians - saying what we want to hear - that they understand the problems and can talk ad nauseam about them, but have no solutions.

Hamza, Alves and Okoli look on it

If Mads goes to Chelsea, would you have KDH back as part of the deal?

throw-ins never penalised for foul throw or not taken from the correct place, last minute substitutions unless a player is stretchered off waste time

Behind the scenes talks are taking place between a US-based private equity group and Plymouth Argyle over a potential takeover of the Home Park club, The Telegraph has reported this afternoon. The Telegraph have also stated former Tottenham Hotspur, Real Madrid and Wales star Gareth Bale has been lined up to front the move, which also includes members of the American-based Storch family. Bale's former Real Madrid team-mate Luka Modric became an investor and owner of another EFL club, Swansea City, in April. hmm, might only be a rumour, but still

I do give a **** as I hope never to hear anything about him regarding LCFC again. Buonanotte on the other hand, I hope has a stellar career and forgets his treatment with us.

Is he due to go back to Palace? Seriously - if so, when?

I stopped watching the last championship campaign as the football was turgid, opposition worked out how to deal with Enzo's set-up and it nearly cost us promotion. I think Plymouth beating us 1-0 at Home Park was a blessing - the players got together to sort it out, not Enzo. To think at one point we were on course to win the championship with a record number of points and finished only one ahead of Ipswich who had been promoted to the division beggars belief. Apparently we can expect more of the same boring predictable style under Martin, so if he is appointed, I'll give the season a miss, much as I hope promotion is achieved. The names in the frame are predictable and unexciting - there are so many better options available and their clubs don't all need compensation.

King Power clueless, sack the board or the original option for me If JR is targeted personally again, it's a cheap jibe, we need to show a bit more class than that exhibited on the van for positive external coverage. When I donated on page one of this thread, I assumed it was just a matter of raising the required funds. I did not expect 27 pages of argument about the wording of the banner but since it has descended to that, someone please put up all the options for a vote and everyone agree to stand by the outcome!
