Leicester 'could face points deduction next season'
kenny replied to ClaphamFox's topic in Leicester City Forum
I suspect we will be citing the Man City case as well as Everton and Forest getting deductions as mitigation. We will be pointing to the lost revenue from the Champions league starting the spiral. -
Sucking up to the big boss to get a better contract I reckon. Cuts Rudkin out of the negotiating.

250k was estimated

Love the way he was acting like he was in his last week's notice at work.

Starmer seems sensible to me. I doubt it will go up much more than it is. Certainly not to Blair PFI levels. We are still paying that bill from 2007 and I think SKS is too conservative to follow Blair.
-
Everyone loves a bit of PFI. Reckon starmer will do the same? Playing havoc with my NHS jobs just recently.

It's interesting that outside of the blair government that health spending is very similar with the Tories and labour. It also looks like they have removed the covid 'overspend' from that graph.
-
It's certainly a point of view. It's also interesting that it stops at 2017. I am sure there is no reason for that either. It would be a shame if the data was manipulated for nefarious means.

I don't know much about him or about how the Freeport will work. But I've been there a few times and there are huge numbers of people earning well and many straight from school. It might be a corrupt bubble but right now there is a lot going on up there.
-
It overlooks the years in grey where labour were in power. I can't think of a good reason why the creator of the graph would do that.
-
Then took it in turns with big cameras and phones. It's not a moan, but it's a PR stunt just like handing Fatawu a phone for a selfie

I sit in that corner. I think the social media team decide where is best for the photos. The club is indifferent to the fans but will exploit any media opportunity they can.

No chance. Those 2 mayors along with Burnham have all done good things locally and get themselves elected on the back of what they have done. Street has been distancing himself from the Tories recently. The mayor elections seemed to be more swayed by what people deliver than what party they than other elections i reckon.

https://www.lcfc.com/news/3119067/leicester-city-welcomes-premier-league-fan-engagement-standard?lang=en I sent an email reminding the club of their commitments on Fan Engagement. Now that we have been promoted they are hoping to be ready for their 2023 commitments by the start of next season. Thank you for your email. We appreciate your comments on the subject, we will pass them on. The club have been working hard behind the scenes to make sure we are ready with the Fan Engagement Standard (FES), the Fan Engagement Plan (FEB), and the Fan Advisory Board (FAB), in time for the new season starting. Kind Regards

I think the media response to Leeds has perhaps got under own skin. Its clear we have dominated the league yet Leeds have received more plaudits throughout. Lets keep laughing at them. They can laugh at us next year when we start with -6 points.
-
They got played off the pitch I think was the issue. They got the 3 points but were humbled in every other way.
-
Or he already knows he is going and is playing the media game with fans. Looks good when he reluctantly walks out the door with a £100k pw payrise with a fat signing on fee. We can all share his pain that he was forced out in that manner.

They seem to assume they can do what they want and the clubs will roll over and do as they are told. We appear to be the first club to take them to task and hold them to their own rules and they aren't clear how to react. The 'rule breakers' thus far have been rich idiots in Moshiri and Marinakis. For all of KP's faults, they seem professional when it comes to legilative processes. -

Nelson, braybrooke and alves will be squad players next year. There is talk of loans but unless it's a good loan fee then we will need them to fill the squad. I'm sure akgun and fatawu are already agreed due to the number of appearances. KDH is getting sold to satisfy PSR this year if the club think it's worth it. -

This season? Who knows they seem to be making it up. -

There could be 2 penalties applied at the same time. Based upon Forest they could go for 16 points as a starter. -
Hire a car and head into the centre of the island. It's brilliant, it's almost tropical jungle with brilliant walking.
-
Needs the whole thing converting to apartments with panoramic windows around the car park openings.

If the Leicester fans attack the goading fan then they deserve the full force of the law. This is supposed to be a civilised society we live in and of these fans can't control themselves in the face of some light goading then they ought to stay away.
