It was considered by the Architects but their brief was very rigid so the opportunity wasn't on the table.
-
I'll suggest it to the Architects. Nice idea.

You could be right, Russia, China or South Africa would probably be happy to supply hardware illegally. Its still a very odd risk to take though, especially in a country where rule of terror is the norm. I suspect Putin barely leaves his palace these days for fear of being killed let alone flying helicopters through foggy mountain ranges.
-
It seems like an odd risk to take bearing in mind the helicopter is from the 1970's and sanctions have made their air industry safety record very sketchy.

They are being renovated for social housing. I'm not sure on what timescale they are getting completed.

Foxes Trust Reform - show your support!

He still has to deal with the complaint emails. Hope they pay him well. -
I I don't know much about boxing, but it looked like fury was suffering from tiredness towards the end. He doesn't look like an athlete and it showed in this fight. Usyk could have done another 5 rounds to look at him go.

I have often said the same. Pearson blotted his record with this.

Correct. They will get offered what we want and they can only compare what is on offer elsewhere. -
Premier league clubs to vote on scrapping VAR
kenny replied to David Hankey's topic in Leicester City Forum
It's implemented better everywhere else. Hopefully it's scrapped even if it's there in Europe. Hopefully the fan groups can apply enough pressure to get rid of it. I wonder what percentage of the 27% of fans that want to keep it don't attend matches. Its hard to see there will be any support from match goers. -

If we could sign a 12 goal striker on loan for the year for a £3m loan fee and £40k PW week it would be seen as a good deal. -
AO is good for white goods as you don't have to pay for 12 months. You also get 2.25% cash back with Quidco. Ikea offer 12 months interest free on wardrobes which is helpful.

The council own the land the stadium is built on and the lease is up. The council wants to raise the rent from £250k PS to £1m PA. I think its just posturing from the chairman to get a better deal.

The Championship to Premier League gulf is becoming harder to bridge

I don't follow it closely but I looked at Burnleys transfer business last season and there were massive in's and out's. Whilst this has worked for Forest, just, you can't beat building a team like Ipswich and improving as you go. Im hopeful that that majority of our squad is fine and we need to strengthen our wingers and 8's to give more options. Im not expecting a wholesale squad change that some people think is required. -
Option 2.

They will be selling if they don't go up. It's hard to say what team they will have if they are in the championship. Farke is always a handy manager to have at this level though.

It's great for chairman that want thier clubs to be a profit making business.

Leicester 'could face points deduction next season'
kenny replied to ClaphamFox's topic in Leicester City Forum
Let's hope a company called Ping Kower is confused on the value of PL training grounds wants to buy it for £200m now that it has the reputation of being homes to Wales No1 goalie for 4 years and is prepared to rent it to LCFC for £1m for each appearance Danny Ward makes for the first team. If that ends up being a poor investment for PK that isn't any business of the PL. -

I want a -18 point deduction at the start of the season. We then have the year with no pressure. In the final week we appeal and get all the points back thereby relegating Forest and moving us into 6th and a place in Europe. JD. -

The latest Simon Jordan and Stefan Borson video on YouTube states that Chelsea are still being investigated for the 2022/23 season. They appear to pass PSR for that season but only if their dodgy £70m hotel deal is accepted by the PL. They have sold it to themselves but leased it back to Chelsea in a way that allows all of the future profits to be kept in the club. To do this they needed prior approval which they didn't obtain. If the PL decides that this is acceptable, this would be a bargaining chip for us as we haven't taken the option of selling seagrave or belvoir drive to king power. I presume the club probably owns other assets such as houses that could have been used in the same scam. -

How much is an acceptable loss for PSR has to be claimed then decided on by the PL before the punishment. One example will be, we will be claiming the majority of the running costs for Seagrave as being towards youth development to make the club sustainable. (Made up figures coming up) So we will claim, £18m of the £20m it costs to run the training under allowable losses on youth, women and community work. The PL will have to decide whether that is reasonable or whether more of the £20m is related to the first team and is therefore not allowable. We will be citing Big 6 training ground costs as examples of what is fair and the PL will want to compare us to Brentford or Crystal Palace. -

The accounts don't include the allowable losses under PSR and no one knows yet what the club is claiming. We will be claiming for: Increased costs at seagrave for youth development All Running costs for belvoir drive All investment in the women's team All charitable donations All infrastructure developments, the final payments for seagrave construction will be in the 2020-21 accounts. This could be £20m. The costs of the stadium extension will be over £1m so far.
