2 storey side extension, single storey rear extension. 3 new bathrooms, new double garage, new driveway, blocked the old drive, etc It's been an 8 year process and we are nearly done. We just need a porch and to replace the bay windows but we have run out of cash again.

Ours was on the market for around 18 months when we went for it. It didn't sell as it was overpriced and rank. Our initial offer was £75k under asking, we got it for £60k under in the end. If it's on for a long time there could be an opportunity.

You are probably aware, but just in case, Canada is ****ing massive. We did a 2 week tour flying in and out of Calgary. We spent time at Banff, Jasper, Edmonton, Dinosaur provincial parks and a short time at Calgary. Think we did around 1500 miles which is enough for 2 weeks, stopping 3-4 nights at each location.

Do you live in a blast furnace?

Going cold just suggests you are a chancer that bids down on any property then disappears if it's not accepted. I personally would go back with a final offer that's a bit more than you have offered. If it's rejected, advise it's on the table until you find somewhere else or the seller changes their mind.

For a conveyor belt of players to sell which may include losing players like Nyoni earlier than the club would like for £5m in fees. -

I'm not a flippant season ticket chucker like some but I'd find it hard to support a team managed by him. I think it's the idea that the club could possibly think it was a good idea would put me off the most. -

Saves Southgate a job though? -
The first challenge is more of a pen than the second. Bit soft but with var in the prem it probably depends on who you are playing against.

I think making mistakes and being taking the wrong advice is not the same as irresponsible. It strikes me that they have tried to establish the club at the top while making it as self sustaining as possible. The big mistake they made was not realising that we can only do that by selling our best assets. I think Rodgers persuaded the board that selling tielemans after the FA cup was detrimental and that we need to keep our stars. -

I think the moves out were also on until the last minute. The club faced the issue of 2 leaving with no time for a replacement. The transfer window causes real problems with signing players you don't need just in case someone does leave. It also means facing losing your star players with no time to replace them. The old system of no window had less issues with over-spending than the current window system. -

I think Vestergaard wasn't supposed to be as good as he has been. I suspect he was in the write-off pile and took everyone by surprise with how good he has been. I reckon Cannon was signed because Daka and Iheanacho were off. When neither move materialised its left us with 4 strikers we dont really need. -

They would move to Dubai or somewhere where their unwanted royal status would be properly respected.

Yes. It's as jumpy as a dodgy stream.

I wonder if the additional 850 matches experience is helping Pep at all?

We went for 3 days. For 2 of them we couldn't see more than a few metres in front of us. As we drove off to catch the ferry the clear blue sky and sunshine was incredible, it's literally stunning. So I would assume all the weathers. Variety s the spice of life!

Its over the other house she lived in, also purchased on a right to buy. She has been accused of not actually living at the house she bought for the 5 years after she bought it to move in with her partner at the time. The suggested reforms seem reasonable enough, though its interesting she wants to reduce the discount offered which will presumably dissuade people from buying them.
