This gives me even less than the last post of yours. I assume Enzo has been reading FT and also subbed him off?

This post gives me no information. I assume Enzo has subbed him off?

Done a bit of digging, I reckon Phil owns a £400k house and is remortgaging £375k all on his Iceland salary. This is based upon the current rates being offered of 4.85% on 5yr fixed. Think it's embarrassing that the Tories haven't dealt with these unscrupulous mortgage advisors selling Phil some6he clearly cannot afford. It's 2005 all over again.

There were seats everywhere. If the attendance was 28000 it means that ST holders that don't show are still counted as attending.

I'm in the process of designing a school roof that will cost £100k and will be demolished in around 6 months time. Keeps us private sector folk busy so I won't complain.

Have you looked at IBM, they have 42 positions in Leicester currently. Most 'tech' jobs (I clearly don't understand what that really is) would be in the areas near Space Park. You could look at businesses in that area or even talk to Space Park direct.

I suspect the PS is doing the daft thing of advertising a position externally that it already knows is going to an internal appointment. This happens a lot in local government where they aren't sure year to year what jobs will be funded.

I work in Construction and Professional services. Both chronically short. Though you can chuck in most public sector positions as well as education. I appreciate none of these are probably your field, but the only ones I hear about struggling for employment are those seeking full-time WFH which is sliding quickly out of fashion.

It is if you are trying to employ people. Its a bit easier at the moment, but there are shortages everywhere?

The flights to Milan malpansa are cheap and is ideal for the lakes.

Have they taken up cremations there as well?

I would budget £50k these days. Anything under you can you can always repay back to the mortgage.

Or they know that the people they lie to don't care about checking the facts? It's probably aimed at the Russian public to demonstrate how demonic the Ukrainian military is.
-
18 of the names provided by Russia have already been exchanged and are back in Ukraine.

It would be a shame. Northern Ireland is the better of the two for me. Love it up there. Eire is all a bit nothing.

I'd play Hamza as the forward 8 if KDH is out. He carries the ball well and can be disruptive in their half.

Also lallandia in Denmark. Cost us £1200 PW for an 8 person cabin in August with all facilities free once there.

Why not look for a bungalow that has had the roof converted. These typically have a 1/2 bedrooms at first floor but still have a bedroom at ground floor.

Ndidi was always going to be out for 6 games or so. I reckon whatever they had planned transfer wise was to cover for or improve on Ndidi regardless.

What an amazing building -
They are gambling aren't they. Over the next 2 years the base rate will be 5% for the majority so it will stay high. Over 5 years they are expecting it to drop so you get a better price. Ours expires this month, am tempted to pay for a couple of months at the variable rate to see if the base rate drops by 0.25% which would be a big saving over 5 years.

2 year mortgages are nearly 6%. The 5 year rate assumes it will come down over the next 12 months.
