  1. Depends if Red Bull want to (or can) get more involved with Leeds as/when they go up. I know sides that get promoted can't just blow loads of cash but you'd fancy them to shop smartly if RB are getting their hands dirty.
  2. They paid to go to it, they didn't go under duress
  3. The bloke has made no effort to improve and has sat on his arse collecting a yearly salary in a week. Over the past 6.5 years he has, essentially, been the guy in charge of the aux lead at parties save for playing a huge part in our relegation and some Carabao Cup heroics against sides with condemned stands. I have categorically no sympathy for him on a professional level at all, in fact I'd argue that's where I have the least sympathy for him. The man has been paid a kings ransom to drink double rum and cokes for half a decade.
  4. I like him but good grief he makes some erratic decisions, loves to run into traffic rather than space — almost like he doesn't back himself in any foot race. About the only time he did so today resulted in a goal. Loads of times you just want him to take off and he doesn't. I think he'd be a decent squad player for a side hovering between 12th - 16th, but we badly miss Fatawu and we need to bring in some competition in January.
  5. This doesn't seem as bad as I'd imagined, gerrit on
  6. Jeff Bezos will do the pitch inspection and ensure it goes ahead, this is the Amazon Prime headliner
  7. And we can all come together at this time of year to agree on that brother
  8. Oh I don't think they're close to us under Ranieri, for clarity – but the comments about West Ham and Brighton definitely have a whiff of the outsider-looking-in comments we got when we were half tidy. I think the last sentence is wrong regarding Rodgers' sides breezing in – I do think they'd have managed it, but the character of that side was flappy at best – lets not forget they also had "big" clubs in disarray (an OGS managed Man United and a Lampard managed Chelsea ffs) but I reckon we're going to have to agree to disagree! I don't think Forest are Pep's Barca but I do think they deserve a little more credit than being functional.
  9. All arguments we had (often unfairly) levelled at us; borderline verbatim. I don't think they'll finish top 4 but if they squeeze into Europe it's time to concede they're decent.
  10. In form wingers or... good wingers?
  11. I just think it does them a disservice (and I think there's a lot to be said for being well-drilled). They've got quality as well.
  12. Milenkovic and Murillo costing less combined than Faes and Vestergaard really is fantastic
  13. Whether or not they win this I think a few need to appreciate that Forest are a little more than "well-drilled"
  14. As said above, why on earth would we decide to play him for a half against Newcastle then sub him if this logic is correct? He isn't going to be moving in January
  15. Oh I know Hibs fans aren't saints!
  16. Watching some sweet sweet EFL just to get back used to Prutts and the boys ahead of next season and I have to say, I'm Prutts til I die. Give me him over "Dave Jones" any day of the goddam week
  17. Yeah fair play should've said hats off to Hearts for dealing with it, I simply just don't like their fans tbqhwy
  18. Yyyyyyyyyyyeeeeeeeeeee
  19. Hearts fan arrested at half time after a "racist incident" towards the Hibs bench, what a truly crap club
  20. simlp u play wanny dard on boxer day we get anhealated !!!!!
  21. Shame he didn't give his usual mr harry victor burton sign off though, feel like I've gone to see Oasis and they've not done Live Forever
  22. HES BACK AND BETTER THAN EVER
  23. Neither Barnes nor Maddison (good as they were) were as fundamental to our chances of survival as Hermansen is now. He is, categorically, our best player. We are down if he leaves. If you think selling him and leaving that budget in the hands of recruitment staff who can't wipe their own arse is the right way to go then you're wrong. There is evidently *some* cash in January and we need to use that smartly. We can't sell Mads. If for example Wolves, tomorrow, decided to sell Cunha to fund some kind of January spree, we'd be laughing.
  24. We are going to get the same price for him in the summer than we are in Jan, if anything there'll be more bidders — regardless of what division we're in. Anyone willing to take the hit in Jan is a moron.
