I’d rather turn down Maya Jama than have to watch Soumare in a city kit again

At least JJ isn’t starting

This isn’t like chewing gravel - check the ingredients - bit of yoghurt with it, belter

Same - I’m an absolute chocolate warrior and could nail a large Cadbury bar in about 5 mins, the only way I’ve curbed it is a cpl of squares of dark chocolate - get some quality stuff and it takes any craving away - initially tastes like charcoal at the start but after a few weeks it’s a winner. Lindt dark sea salt

Recommened by @JonnyBoy I try and have a portion of granola each day, this is good stuff and backed by Tim Spector https://bioandme.co.uk/

After passing through mid 30s this year I've felt it was a good time to re-evaluate life choices particularly when it comes to health. I've never been one to diet, or work out excessively - I'm not sure if anyone else has felt like this but when you hit this age - you are likely busy juggling all sorts, career, kids etc and I think your own personal health and wellbeing gets kicked into the long grass. You are no longer young enough to eat and drink what you want without concequences, or avoid exercise and expect not to get out of bed stiff every day. Interested if anyone, whatever age you are, have any mantras you live by to improve your health. Small things becoming a habit have been easier for me to implement rather than large scale changes that last a week. Upped my water intake and cut out soft drinks to a minimum Concious of eating more whole foods and cutting right back on takeaways (and UPF) Moving more - whether its a walk with the dog or parking at the other end of the supermarket Manuka honey every morning as last year I picked up all kinds of coughs and colds Weigh myself once a week to keep an eye on things, rather than have a goal weight (im late 14 st) Interested to hear what anyone else is doing to improve how they feel.

Is the charisma of a manager a winning quality ?

The person who THINKS he has all of the above is somone like Russell Martin, I think Pep for example does have all the above - unlimited spending and FFP rulebreaking have helped his success over the past few years. -
One of the most uninspiring addresses I've ever seen.

Im just comparing talent with talented players that went onto be superstars. I think most people can agree a loan move is better than training and sitting on the bench, if there isnt enough interest an Championship level then league 1 from Jan - May wouldn't be unsuitable, he should be getting 10 goal involvements in that period if he plays every game. Its a win win
-
I think the second half of the season would prove that. He's only ever played at U21 level so far apart from the odd cameo. If he was that good he would be playing, hes not 17 he's 19 now. Look where Bellingham was at 19, or Rooney, Stevie G etc. If he rips up League 1, then he will be nicely ready for us in the Champonship next season
-
I suspect he will get some mins tonight similar to Tranmere. His agent should push for a loan move to a Championship/League one club at Christmas if he doesnt get much more opportunities.

Which teams are supported in your workplace?

Newcastle Derby and... Prefers golf over football -
I'd wager an estate agent doesn't earn much, but if you own an estate agents, then yes - different game. Location will also be the biggest contributing factor, taking zone 1-3 in London isn't a fair representation for the rest of the UK.

I'm not sure what you define as a pen pusher - plenty of them in the NHS, plenty of them in whitehall, plenty of them in pretty much every part of society contributing. Coming from a place of someone who sits on a forum all day every day either insulting of belittling people. If you are able, join in with proper debate rather than snipe from the sidelines - your opinion on the merits of whether breakfast clubs for kids is a good idea or not might be of interest - or wherever the topic goes next.

Not a bad shout apart from Soumare. Hermansen won't be tired so just play him instead of Ward
-
Who mentioned about Estate Agents?
-
You wont even get that.
-
Yeh - multiply the £46K by 1.055 and it will get you to the £49K. Cheers

It’s published the median pay for teachers is £49k. Yes not every single teacher will earn that, and many will earn more - that’s why it’s a median. The whole discussion was around funding breakfast clubs
