Our aim is to stay up this season (incoming points deduction won’t help) with what we have, last night we had Faes, Soumare, Winks & Daka in the proverbial shop window at the cost of going out with a disjointed poor performance, it’s clear to see what we need but only a big influx of money can help us this season…

Watching Truro City in the National League, 20 minute drive from Newquay, had 2 season tickets at LCFC for me & my lads until 2022, when I had 2 knee replacements and the club wouldn’t let me defer them until the 23/24 season so I cancelled them after more than 20 years, I though the club was bad then but what is going on now is unbelievable…

Answering to both posts… This is why I think Van Nistelroy could stay for next season in the Championship, his reputation as an up and coming manager/coach has taken a massive hit, it’s obvious certain senior players took the piss out of him and the club didn’t help and our absolutely useless board & summer signings last year proved the point… We will get a points deduction next season but don’t think a transfer embargo will happen, that is if we have money to spend even with the likes of Hermansen, El Khannous (our best saleable assets) Faes, Vestergaard, Kristiansen, Ndidi?, Winks, Soumare ? Daka gone & hopefully raising some money plus Ward & Iversen out of contract, not sure how long we have Ayew & Cordova Reid for but they won’t leave… What decent up & coming manager/coach would want to leave his/her current club to come to The KP and try and sort our mess out…

Shocking display again, Ndidi, Soumare, Buonanotte, Reid & El Khannous were awful, the back 4 weren’t much better, whoever comes in as manager in the summer has a massive task of sorting whoever is left at the club, massive clear out is needed and I fear a few years in the Championship are on the way…

Agree with the original post with these additions as well, get rid of/sell Vestergaard, Coady, Reid & Ayew and that is a massive chunk gone off our wages bill, recall all our loanees and promote the young uns, would like us to either buy Buonanotte or loan him again, get those 2 big centre half’s from Plymouth on the cheap and I’m sure we have another keeper out on loan somewhere… Oh and get rid of Rudkin as a matter of urgency please…

My Son watches Truro City home games at their new ground now, I enjoy my Saturday golf so don’t bother much with Leicester games, especially this season. We moved down here in 96 from Leicester and love i here, Cheers for your comments…

Last game I travelled up for was Blackburn at home last season, we played awful and me & my Brother Mark sat waiting for the Trophy presentation for what seemed like an eternity, with so many people & stuff on the pitch I thought they were filming a new episode of the old tv show ‘It’s a knockout’

Used to travel from Newquay for most home games with one of my Sons as we had 2 season tickets (for 20+ years) approximately 600 mile round trip until 2022 when I had both knees replaced and the club wouldn’t let me sell my tickets from February until the end of the season as I was only allowed to sell 3 on the resale site, I cancelled them and got no thanks for supporting them during all the crap times, fell out of love with my childhood team now unfortunately as it’s so poorly run now…

Worst back 4 (they got us relegated last time) ever in all my years of watching City, dread to think how much we are paying in wages for that shambles…

We know Choudhury had a squad number but did Cannon have one? If so that gives us 2 spaces, a 3rd would be if Palace did the decent thingand took Eduoard back, still think that Ruud doesn’t trust Buonanotte and he could also go back to Brighton with Ferguson coming to us for a loan with an option to buy, I personally think Buonanotte is a great prospect but I don’t think we could afford him if that option came up…
