Okoli is an old school centre half who wins headers, wins clumsy tackles, but is not the new evolved football playing centre half like the top Premier League/European defenders, whereas Nelson is quite calm on the ball Okoli just needs to launch it, he will improve hopefully and fingers crossed we have a young centre half pairing for a couple of seasons in the Championship and hopefully not Division 1…

Totally agree with a few earlier posts that Mavididi is a very poor player this season offensively & defensively, if he receives a pass all defenders know he wants to get it on his right foot asap and they stop him as he just runs into them, his passing is woeful and he rarely gets back to cover for Luke Thomas when he bombs on, also agree that him and Fatawu should alternate sides… Final thing is why don’t they play Mavididi as the main striker as the totally inept Ayew spends 80% of his time on the pitch behind our wingers, we just look & play crap in the final 3rd and it’s only our midfielders who score our goals…

Don’t forget that Nelson has to cover for the hapless Vestergaard every game, the Dane should have gone off after he banged his head as he was not fit to play on…
