What actual injury do you have or discomfort? No idea on them or if they're worth it, but I'd say probably just try the resting and recovery options even more so, easier said than done though and it's not nice taking time off. Maybe try a bit of swimming or something instead temporarily? -

Good ticket prices. But I won't be going again this season as it stands. Kudos to anyone making the trip down there -

Did this morning a HM in sub 89 mins, which I'm pretty delighted about considering the weather conditions and puddles or mud everywhere. It's 90 seconds off my PB which was set in an event, today was also no fueling during the run or drinks taken in. Day after leg day too, so all in all pretty pleased and hoping can shave more time off in an event. I'm not sure how it's sustainable for a marathon at sub 3 hours though, I don't think I'd hack that 😂 Still hoping to do the Leicester 10k in a few weeks but still sort of waiting on the weather. Really aiming for comfortably sub 40 mins, as my top 10k times are all set in HMs atm. At least it's warmer now to wear shorts again and not leggings, think psychologically that really helps too -
Keep saying it, we get more than 6 and I think we'll go down. This manager hasn't got anything about him and too many players do not give a flying. Last game at Blackburn away could be a interesting one
-
We get a 6+ point deduction and we've gone imo. We're going down with him. Players don't care either but **** me show some balls
-
If Thomas wasn't so shit, we'd be all over Ricardo more than we seem to be. He's living off 5 years ago. I don't think I've ever seen such a big decline in a player. Constantly giving cheap shit fouls away or out of position
-
Biggest burgle ever
-
Ricardo, foul and repeat. Fatawu, give it away and repeat.
-
He's been absolutely shite all season. If Thomas wasn't even worse we'd be hammering Ricardo constantly. Absolutely terrible captain too
-
Ricardo is absolutely finished as a footballer. His decline isn't spoken about enough. We are absolutely dross
-
Should be sacked for Ayew down the middle yet again. Can't wait for them both to **** off

Jordan Ayew - NEVER PLAYING FOR LEICESTER AGAIN!!!
Heart-Shaped Fox replied to moore_94's topic in Leicester City Forum
Absolutely wank he's been. Clubs fault though not his, ridiculous signing really. Honestly can't wait to see the back of him, Daka, Soumare etc this summer. He isn't arsed. Offers nothing -
He's mad us worse than we he came in. Undeniable. Been given a shite hand but results have got worse, defence got worse, style of play worse, and his game management worse. We badly need a lift and a different voice.

No one can tell me otherwise in that King couldn't pick more points up per game than this clown
-
Not worth us being in the cup really, rather just focus on the league

I like Barnes. I actually text my Newcastle mate when the board went up to say Barnes wins it here 😂 still a strange player as he was a bit anonymous at times and I'm told he's like that still now. Same when he was with us, thought he'd grow out of it but never did. Am pleased for the bloke though, I don't hold any ill feeling to him at all, although I do to more of other players in the relegation squad. Do think he's at his prime now and Newcastle is the biggest move he'd ever get, but good luck to him. -

Yes it does but the zones are different and more accurate on Strava imo. I've never adjusted it on Strava, the zones and the BPM for each zone I mean it just by default. Watch has me in HRZ 3 at at over 149, whereas Strava zone 3 starts at 157. Yes I could change it I think but CBA. So I go off the Strava ones, although obviously monitor heart rate on the watch. Strava reckons my max HR is 193 which I'll take as by age that would be for 27 year old 🤣 Tbh I find heart rate sometimes nonsense. The temperature plays a massive part, when it's cold like now or roasting in summer the HR is obvs higher. Definitely think the heart monitor you've got will be more accurate for sure, be interesting to see what the readings difference is! -

Find Strava times hit and miss. Id say the majority of predictions it does for me is about right apart from the marathon one which is too generous. My watch is Amazfit and the app for that is a bit more all over the place. It has my HM slower than my Strava, but the marathon ten mins quicker 🤣 I mostly rely on the Strava heart rate stuff I think that's a better accuracy -
Never ever felt so ****ed off at winning a game. I hate the club and what it's done to fans. Cracks papered over again and again and again. Not ****ing good enough That was a shambles of a performance. Probably the worst at home all season in some regards. This shit manager is saved time and time again by top end Championship players
-
Unbelievable. How's he being kept in this job
-
He's gonna take us down when we get a deduction. He's ****ing wank. A draw surely can't keep him in his job

If you put a League two team in this league they'd keep a clean sheet inside 18 games. Absolute shambles. Manager shouldn't have a job for that alone
