We have a game being destroyed from within by shit tippy tappy boredom and from without by VAR and the search for"perfection". Balls bounce and bumpy pitches, refs, players and managers make decisions which can be mistakes... is a fvcking game. If ima 10 year old looking at spending a few hours on boxing day... im not gonna spend it sitting uncomfortably in a ffreezing foggy shithole watching 23 blokes stand around for close to ten minutes while somone sits indoors looking at the same 3 seconds of "action" over and over again. The kids wont go, the old folk will die, the top league will move to the middle east and be played in airconditioned indoor centres in front of paid supporters.
