Yeah the quarter final defeats to Portugal were frustrating, I would say our side then was better than them (albeit Figo, Rui Costa and then Ronaldo all walk into our side) but this set of players haven't beaten a side as good as the sides we were playing then. I don't underestimate getting to semi finals and finals but the difference in opposition is big for me. The Italian team we lost to was the worse Italian side in how many years? I wasn't talking about 2008 and 2010 as I don't count them years as the "golden generation", even though some players were still in the team then. I was referring to 2002, 2004 and 2006.

Griezmann is brilliant, I will defend him all the time, his ability to pick up space is unbelievable. I didn't appreciate how good he was until I saw him live against us for Atletico.

Watkins is much more than just running in behind. Not saying he is as good as Toney in the air but Watkins can hold the ball really well. Watkins is one of those players where you appreciate how good his movement is when you see him live.

Exactly what I thought. I was very interested to read he has taken interest in Filbert Street and understanding our transition to Filbert Way. He seemed to really connect with Forest fans so hopefully that happens here to. Everything I've read so far about Cooper has been encouraging.
