It's not as black and white as comparing the first 7 games and deciding who is better. Rowett's first 7 games included games against Ipswich, Norwich, Middlesbrough and Watford. These are difficult games, especially when you're coming into a team that are conceding goals and getting beat every week. We have definitely improved but not in terms of stats you are referencing but football doesn't work like that.

Cifuentes managed 31 games, Rowett 7. I'd rather Rowett over Cifuentes any day.

That's why stats are pointless in this context. He had been here about 2 days before his first game. In his 7 games we've played away at Ipswich, Middlesbrough and Watford. His first home game was against the most in form team this calendar year. The only result that is actually terrible is QPR. We've also picked up 2 clean sheets in these 7 games. I believe we will stay up.

Not doubting he has regressed with us (I did say he hasn’t improved here) but also I never saw the potential everyone else clearly did.

Might not have been a bad player initially (though I don’t agree) but his basics were always terrible, first touch for starters, and that hasn’t improved. No point in the sarcasm about park when we’ve got a superb training facility. It’s here for players. Of course coaching plays a big part too but there are players that improve themself too (Vardy a great example of that, Chilwell too). I don’t deny we do have poor coaching, clearly considering we’re in another relegation battle, but this whole rewording of Daka’s career here is weird considering he’s been awful and hasn’t improved during his whole time here. More money wasted on yet another poor player.

Not sure how you expect bad players to become better. Any player that has improved here, or looked any good, have since moved on (KDH as an example). We’ve bought a lot of terrible players over a sustained period and Daka is one of them, it has been clear for years he lacks the very basics. Sometimes the player has to look at himself and do more to improve.

Spurs being relegated would be hilarious. Also don’t forget they voted for the Super League.

I still believe we will stay up. Portsmouth’s form is horrendous plus they seem to have lost their home form which was key for them. They’re going with Oxford I think.

It's defence where I think is our worse position. Burn, Ghehi, Konsa etc these aren't top players. The midfield and attack is exciting though.

Kane has always been World Class. Weirdos putting him down because he was at Spurs. I'm pleased he's joined a top club now and is winning trophies.
