Hope Villa win it. I want Emerey to win a trophy in England, he's done a terrific job with Villa. They are deep into Europe again are are still in top 4 places in the league too. He doesn't seem to get enough credit.

Rowett has been here for less than 10 games, he was brought in because we were in a relegation battle. if we weren't in a relegation battle he would not be our manager. We are not in a relegation battle because he has "under performed". He walked into a team already in a relegation battle and struggling to keep clean sheets.

I wasn't comparing fees or anything like that, just talking about getting players in. Oxford signed players that have since played (I'm not sure of their starting 11 now compared to earlier this season) and we signed players that have added nothing to our team (again, aside from Mukasa). Quality is relevant as we are more attractive than Oxford, no disrespect, so should be able to pull in better quality players/players that would have improved our starting 11. Unfortunately we didn't. Hank said "Bloomfield came in at Oxford with the same set of players and is getting better results" and I pointed out they've signed about 10 players since his arrival so it's not really the same set of players. I don't watch Oxford every week but loan signings and free transfers may have been a difference, who knows, football isn't played on squad values or squad costs and we should know that more than most. It's clear that Rowett faded at Oxford. He started so well, kept them up, made them better and it faded away this season for whatever reason. Bloomfield has made a good impact, achieving results Rowett should have (and did do last season) but time will tell if the same happens to him too.

Some of us have been saying this for years. But all those opinions get swallowed up/ignored when the team are successful on the pitch. King Power bought a lot of fans with their free doughnuts and warm cans of Chang. People don't seem to separate King Power from the football club. I got laughed at by some when I criticised them installing "King Power", and removing our history banners that we had around the ground, people saying "so what, only banners" etc but completely missed the point. These people would rather support King Power than the actual football club. Some rich blokes from Thailand instead of the club built for them. We couldn't have any sort of acknowledgement to one of our best ever players dying (Banks) but we can have one for the king of Thailand. I've been at the protests this season, disappointed with the numbers but pleased for everyone involved. I'm missing the Swansea game on Saturday as I promised I'd have a day out with my wife. Years ago I'd never have missed a game, or even been out when the game is on, but now I'm so disconnected with the club like many others. I'm just thankful Nigel Pearson wanted to return here otherwise we could have been in this position a decade earlier. All the talk of Vichai had a dream, it wouldn't have been fulfilled without Pearson.

Last payment is May I think, I checked the instalment dates last week as I thought it was April. However I have been in a similar situation previously and had to obviously pay the remaining payment.
-
Oxford signed about 10 players in January and got rid of about 10 players too, either permanently or on loan. Meanwhile we signed a defender that hasn't played for about two years, a midfielder criticised at Southampton and two players that have barely played (granted Mukasa has been good for us).

He probably has tbf with the initial predictions I don't think anyone had Millwall top 6, let alone top 2. I think Lampard has done well but Cov too (to win any league is a good job) but they were predicted to be around top 6. Personally for me I think it should be Jakirovic at Hull as he was appointed in the summer, had a transfer embargo and Hull were nearly relegated last season. Top 6 for them would be a good season. Eustace at Derby done a good job again too.
-
Lampard done a terrific job, nobody expected Cov to win the league.
-
What has he ever done here to suggest he's anything other than terrible? Yes I criticised the signing at the time, and some people argued with me "give him a chance" etc but he's a nothing player. Runs around a lot but offers little. I still struggle to understand what his best position is supposed to be. £25m absolute joke, he was always going to be disappointing signing for that price and that was always my point. No other club would pay that fee for him.

I think it would. Again, this is me being really optimistic here. Portsmouth are 1 point above us with their remaining games: Middlesbrough A, Ipswich H, Leicester H, Coventry A, Stoke A, Birmingham H. So with me predicting we will win at Fratton Park I think they will get 3 points max from those games (potentially from beating Birmingham). Oxford are level points with us with their remaining games: Watford H, Derby A, Wrexham H, Wednesday H, Millwall A (again I think 3 points, possibly from Wednesday H, possibly 4 with a point against Watford or Wrexham). Leicester 46 Portsmouth/Oxford 45 Wednesday

I am trying to remain positive, my posts reflect that, so I'm going to guess at 5 points to see us stay up (DWLLD). Even though I walked out of Hillsborough pissed off as that was an awful result for us. Portsmouth have a real tough run of games, I am clinging onto that, we simply need to win at Fratton Park.

Ipswich bought a team to go back up. I think they prepared for themselves for a tough PL season and potentially relegation, to have a team ready to go back up again. We wasted money on rubbish. Signing Skipp and Ayew was a joke, especially for their individual fees. Another poor signing in Okoli too, one of the worse centre halves I've seen.
-
No, website says they will be posted out week commencing March 30th, but we've had the two bank holidays.
-
Southampton look great now, like a new team compared to the start of the season. I thought they'd be that team that ends up with 6th place but they could end up higher.
-
People laughed when I suggested Hodgson after Puel got sacked. He’s become the butt of a joke but he’s had a solid Premier League career. Not that much of a shock he’s got a couple good results for Bristol City already.
-
Cba with the "league one again ole ole" shite. People joking/laughing at that. We are on the verge of relegation to the third tier for only the second time in our entire history ffs. I feel like people would rather come out with "banter".
-
We "should have won" games under Rowett too. We should have won yesterday for a start, the chances we missed especially the one where Ricardo just hits it straight at the goalkeeper. Watford A and Stoke A too. Players are not performing well enough. At the end of the day Rowett wouldn't be hear if Cifuentes was any good. Rowett was always going to be defensive minded kind of manager so I don't know why people talk as if they expected different.
-
He’s terrible. Three or four decent games and people thought he was some sort of player. Yet another rubbish player we’ve overpaid for who offers nothing, just as I expected when he first signed.

Another documentary on the horizon. -
All of them. I can’t stand any of them.
-
Added nothing I thought he would. If anything it’s like Coady all over again.

Subs made a difference - Ayew and Reid - but they should have been on much earlier. -
I was out quickly at the end but near me everyone booed and was giving them stick (granted I was upper tier so they probably couldn’t hear).
-
Overall lads, regardless of debating, he’s just shit and shouldn’t be anywhere near the starting 11.
-
Far too defensive today. Should have been more attacking from the start. Subs were left too late.
