Two previous seasons they were in the play offs under Steve Cooper, yeah. No doubt he did a great job and also benefited from his previous experience as he was able to bring in good young players on loan such as Gallagher, Guehi, Brewster, Woodman (and I know he's older but Hourihane too). But I think the bigger picture are the seasons after, not before, in which Swansea haven't improved and not finished higher than their 10th place that Martin had them. That includes Graham Potter of course who then moved onto Brighton in the Premier League. The current MK Dons manager is Paul Warne. His time at Rotherham was successful so I don't doubt he has a better win percentage than Martin. I still don't think it's a good comparison of managers though. At the end of the day we just want promotion from this league and I think Martin will deliver that.

Why are you wishing him well? He's been a complete waste of time and money here. Absolute rubbish players that has offered nothing and contributed to three relegations. He goes in the same bin as Daka and Ayew. Goodbye.

MK Dons were a newly promoted club when he took over mid season and kept them up. Once Martin left MK Dons, they had one more season in League 1 and were then relegated. Next season is going to be their first season back in League 1 since then. Martin finished 10th with Swansea. In the three seasons since he left they have not finished higher than that. Win percentages are not "facts" they mean fvck all to judge a manger on as there are a range of different things to take into account such as number of games managed. I've just checked and Maresca hasthe highest win percentage of any Leicester City manager ever but he's not our greatest ever manager.

Main thing is we're getting rid of some of the players I never wanted to see play for us again (Daka, Ayew, Winks) and have younger players that will hopefully get more of a look in now we've been relegated. I do actually think Martin will prove himself over time and achieve more than what people expect. At this level he will be good for us.

or the amount of step overs but not actually beating the defender.

Why does he keep mentioning history ffs.

Definitely club managers. I recently saw Gary Neville tell a story where Alex Ferguson had told him to basically try and talk Steven Gerrard to sign for Man Utd. World Cup 2006 I think it was.

I also don't know who would watch Stolarcryk last season and think they'd want him. But then again this is football.

We're winning the league.

I think that needs to be happening anyway. He's part of this mess over recent years.

Release clause seems low for a player of his ability.

There's too many interviews now, that's why managers (and players) end up saying the same thing. Must be so boring having to explain absolutely everything. But I don't know why people go so deep into it. Why people listen to them all. I'm even more surprised when I see people posting "unfollowing the club on social media because of what they put out". I'm surprised people even waste their time with interviews and/or the club on social media. I don't think I take notice of 80% of what goes on, because most of it is just the same rubbish over and over again.

Mbappe for me so far. So great to watch.

They always sing about us, fvck me even their players do in the dressing room. People over here get so hung up on Germany but Argentina is the one. This is the rivalry we don't want to lose in.

Into these ****

Had to double take on Fran Vieites.

He's shit. Please tell me what he's actually good at aside from passing the ball. He cannot run, has no pace, he's not strong enough and for a massive defender cannot win a header. I can't believe people still want to defend players like Vestergaard who have contributed fvck all too us, been relegated a number of times, cost us money and now want to leave. Madness. "Would be the best centre back partnership in the league". Would it!? Pretty sure people said the same thing about these players when we were relegated to the Championship. Vestergaard would be bullied off the ball, with ease, just like he was in the Championship time and time again.

Morocco are a good side and didn't lay a finger on France. Says more about France than Morocco. France are a great side. Not sure where are all "have xx actually played a good side yet". People never used to say that.

Too much of a lengthy delay. Needs to just blast it though.

Good signing, scored goals at Stockport. Kind of player we should be going for.

Hopefully be this seasons Spurs but actually go down.

Might be but my point was more that is his only attribute. And after contributing massively to two relegations he now wants to terminate his contract that he signed. Absolute ****.

Who is that bothered about pre season anyway. Pre season fixtures have always been a rip off.

This bloke genuinely thinks he's better than what he is. I cannot stand him. One of the worse defenders I've ever seen, only thing he can do is pass well.

Yeah but it's Argies so we're all supporting Egypt.
