Got to be Villa's, Emery is a master of this competition. Likeable guy as well, he's done terrific at Villa. To be so deep in a European Competition again and still be around top 4 in the Premier League. Forest have done much better than I imagined given some of their group stage results. Semi final of a European competition, good going, makes our season even worse that all of our neighbours are having good seasons.

It's another one I'm going to miss too I reckon. A lot of effort for a Friday night to see us lose to a side going for promotion, we'll have probably lost midweek to Hull too.

I was hopeful. Even though Rowett walked into a mess I thought he could keep us up. He seemed straight talking and to the point, I liked him. However the last few games have changed my mind, constant late subs during games and selections I don't agree with (especially the Wednesday game where we should have gone more attacking). I always said we should be going into Portsmouth not necessarily needing points, as the three games over Easter (Preston/Wednesday/Swansea) were winnable and should have been 9 points. Now we have to go to Portsmouth and win against a fanbase that will be rocking and a team that has beaten Middlesbrough and Ipswich back to back.

Won't happen though. We'll become a third division club still employing Rudkin.

Blur are brilliant musically/technically. Every Blur album is really different too, really innovative which is great in a musician/songwriter. One of my favourite bands, Blur.

Guessing you live in Lancashire (or now part of Greater Manchester depending on location) so either way, Wigan, one of Bolton/Stockport (and Salford may end up in League Two play offs). Bradford now too far away but also Huddersfield, Barnsley and Doncaster in Yorkshire. For me all of those are really easy to get too. Plus Mansfield and I'm hoping Chesterfield or Notts County come up. Just a shame Rotherham, Port Vale and Northampton have gone down. That is all I can think of as a positive, aside from that I'm lost as a third tier club. Sad.

About time Simeone won it tbf.

Nothing. I don't want to be a third division team.

Didn't we give Matty James a 4 year deal despite the fact he had terrible injuries and hadn't played for us for years? Money for anyone.

Don't forget the mug and poster to complete the set

I feel it's a lot different going into Cardiff compared to taking over our side though. Cardiff were second favourites for a reason (I know they led the league earlier in the season but have ended up 2nd). That said, I never rated Cifuentes as a manager and was surprised (well not too much given our board) when he got the job having done nothing aside from keep QPR lower to mid table.

I know Rodgers is hated but stop putting our FA Cup win down to "luck". Again, we're probably the only fanbase that does this. We all wanted to win the FA Cup and we did it, regardless of how it's won. If it was so easy to win it then any of our previous great managers would have won it. Nobody puts Man City down to "luck" after beating third and fourth division clubs every season to win it.

It's the players and managers that you fall in love with not ownership. I've never known a fanbase to be so obsessed, I know Jack Walker has a statue at Blackburn but it's tucked away and not bang the first thing you see as you approach. We've had some great players contribute massively to us, our history, the trophies we've won too. It should be a player or manager there at the front.

I try and be one of these "I don't care" but just can't feel that way. It's sad. I don't want us to be a third division club ffs, it's a disgrace.

Should be 0 if we're already down (and we will be).

Two in a minute, wow.

Still a great collapse though regardless. Money is all relative because clubs make more now than they did back then.

Yeah I get that tbf.

Easy. Daka new contract because he only needs 1 goal before he goes "go on a run".

I was always disappointed we didn't win it last time. That game at Rotherham still remains one of the worse away games I've been too (they were League Two at the time too).

Manchester United went from winning the top flight and Champions League to relegation in less than 10 years.

Only way I'm going is if we need a result to stay up.

Not sure how people are surprised, our long term vision has been horrific. Buying (overspending) on rubbish players and giving them big contacts in terms of length and salary. 90% of our squad is overpaid rubbish and it's nobody else's fault but ours.

* our club.

100%. If Pearson didn’t want to come back then none of this success would have even happened, we wouldn’t have even been promoted to the Premier League in the first place without him.
