Arsenal are clearly not average. Last night they went into the game leading so everything was on Chelsea to do something but they didn't. I'd be fuming with that performance if I was a Chelsea fan. Arsenal aren't going to go all out looking for another goal, leaving themselves open, when they don't need too.

Imagine paying a tenner just to get a priority point when you've already got 700+ points.

Don't forget we were a basket case under Mandaric. Thankfully he got the Pearson appointment correct otherwise we could have ended up being in that league for too long. If we were to get relegated to League One under King Power I don't trust them to get the appointment correct. Too many big clubs like us end up in the third division longer than they expected.

I wouldn't put it past Leeds/Forest to finish above Palace. Their last win was at the start of December, they are horrific, Glasner getting out while he can.

You say rebuilding to leave them in a much better place but Middlesbrough finished 7th the season before Carrick joined. 10th before that. And in the three seasons prior to that finished 7th and 5th (and 17th in that season they gave Woodgate the job). Generally they're a top 10 team easy. They were underachieving under Wilder though and should never have been near the bottom of the league, no doubt Carrick turned them around and eventually made the play offs. I always expected them to push on the following season but he failed to reach the play offs twice. I like Carrick and thought he'd have been given more time but I know a few 'Boro fans through work and they all said he was underachieving given their squad. And look at them now, I can hardly disagree.

I liked how he runs to the man for the first Oxford goal instead of the ball. Don't forget Oxford away too. I would list lots of goals we've conceded that a decent goalkeeper would have kept out. Would help if he could catch a ball or not parry the ball straight back into the middle.
