  1. Same squad as today and we win.
  2. Sorry Cesare, I just don't get it. Either that or he is one of those who thinks he is better than he thinks he is, just because he has come from Chelsea. Other than one goal and a decent show against Sunderland, he has shown very little. Some loan deals just don't work. The likes of Tielemans and Waghorn did, this one hasn't. Just use him as much as we can when reasonable to do so, until he swaggers back to London.
  3. Don't worry, your opinion is too.
  4. Think that's the whole team generally. Enzo has installed an element of arrogance and complacency in this lot, with zero respect for the opposition, and it needs to be stamped out.
  5. A better side than Plymouth would be making us pay dearly for this generosity. So many misplaced passes and careless decision-making. And our finishing, blimey, makes Nacho look good. And my days, we are so boring to watch. But we are winning somehow, so more of the same please.
  6. No more than a 5 for anyone other than Big Jannik. Turns out he spared us actually losing that game, that's how bad they were tonight.
  7. May as well start with 10 men if we put a half-hearted Iheanacho up front.
  8. Probably another one that has been ruined by Rodgers, as well as multiple injuries. Not looking like the bargain he once was.
  9. Chelsea, take him back. The boy simply hasn't got it, even at Championship level.
  10. This has to be anything but a win after tonight, and actually a statement win. Enzo will have his critics now and will need to prove a point.
  11. So many times this season, I see quotes like we haven't even hit top gear yet, or we haven't even clicked yet. Maybe it's the fact that our current set up, matchday tactics, and squad, prevents us from doing so. We have looked absolutely atrocious against the bottom team in the league, and are certainly not playing like a team pushing for promotion. Appalling. The honeymoon is over Enzo. Time to earn your keep and sort this out.
  12. Defend this one Enzo. All well and good not conceding more than one at all this season, but we're so appalling going forward that it will eventually cancel out our defensive qualities. Doesn't take an academic to figure this out. Time to start looking over our shoulders, we look awful.
  13. I don't mind as long as we win... But sounds like we are reverting to type. Boring football with not much attacking intent or quality. Enzo had better work on this before promotion otherwise it could well be a one-season stay back in the Premier League.
  14. Fatawu did more attacking in 35 minutes than Nacho did in 55, and gave our offensive play a real shot in the arm. Has to start against Wednesday to help us start strong, and not fester a snoozefest of a first half like we had last Saturday (Faes' barnstorming run aside).
  15. 13/14, no contest. We may be top now, but something just doesn't look right. Defence is just as good now as it was then, but offensively, its like they're all running in a pitchload of treacle. Least in 13/14, we had wingers that were consistent and scaring the daylights out of the opposition. Mavididi is struggling to create those opportunities that the likes of Dyer, Mahrez and Knockaert could produce. Other than Southampton, we haven't made a statement win, or look like we have reached top gear. And this team goes straight back down if it goes up, without significant investment of course.
  16. Think he could leave in January. Doesn't look interested, or willing to put in the hard yards that you would see from the likes of KDH and Vardy. Will always be remembered for that purple patch that spearheaded our winning FA Cup campaign. But that's about it. Time to give Cannon that chance and recoup some money for Nacho. Quite frankly, I'm surprised we have hung onto Kelechi this long, when clearly, he was never very good at all.
  17. Deserved win over a dogged, and scrappy, Watford side who came to disrupt and frustrate. Job well done. Special mention for the referee who was excellent today, something rarely said in football these days.
  18. Surely today's ref deserves better than being stuck in this topic. Thought he was excellent today. Very balanced, consistent decision making and got the big calls right. Well done, I say.
  19. All a little bit slow and patient. This will suit Watford just fine.
  20. Never going to have it all our own way. Leeds deserved it. Onto the next game, and have faith that Enzo will right the wrongs he saw tonight.
  21. I mean, completely different league and quality of opposition, but yes, hoorah!
  22. Not a great day at the office today. Should have scored today, and frustration and petulance in the form of applauding the (appalling) referee earned him a needless yellow. Work rate was off tonight as well, though I am saying this about him a lot this season despite his goals. Didn't exactly make a statement for first choice striker tonight. Question I'm asking you all is, does Kelechi want out?
  23. Come on QPR, keep Ainsworth for just a little longer. Playing a team with the new manager bounce never fails to give me the heebie-jeebies.
  24. Massive win tonight. The best side we have faced so far, and we were being dominated at times. Keith Stroud will not be welcomed back to Leicester with open arms anytime soon. Taking nothing away from Sunderland, they were excellent tonight, and executed their gameplay superbly. Other teams will watch and take notes from this game. But we had to show a different side of the Foxes tonight, and we came through it with three big points, which will be a psychological blow for those in the chasing pack. And to be honest, several golden chances were spurned by the likes of Iheanacho and Casadei, so we should have won by more. Enzo will take pride in the win and how we got there, but he has now seen how we play with backs to the wall, and know well that we would be ripped apart in the Premier League. We will not always have it our own way. But celebrate the win and learn some valuable lessons for the next game. PS. Keith Stroud, get lost.
