I can't even draw comparisons to the drop into League One from 2008. We are in such a much worse position compared to that. Players incur higher contracts and fees, general costs of running a club are going up astronomically, and the club can't afford to increase prices as it will further alienate an already-disillusioned fanbase. How low can we go? I watched that 20 minute video on a separate video, and we fall through that trap door, there could be no way back. Unthinkable as it may be, it could be a realistic prospect once those parachute payments dry up.
