The translation made less sense to me than the original post -
2 goals coming from long balls again. Spain playing 2 pacey wingers that like to cross the ball into the box. The football revolution is coming. Teams are going to try and score goals again, it's happening.

What Game Are You Playing At The Moment ?
filbertway replied to LeicesterBran's topic in Music and Gaming
I refuse to believe there is any skill in these games, all players button mash and winners are purely random Unless it'ts Tekken 3 and you have Ediie Gordo, in which you'll just win regardless. -
Pass. I love the man, consistently the best player to ever play for the club in my life time. Would rather not taint my image of him with having him sucking 200k a week while having a chat with the physio months on end.

Just for context, people saying how amazing King Power are doing. Tony Bloom took over Union Saint-Gilloise in 2018 and they were recent promoted from the 3rd tier and a team threatening promotion to the top tier but never quite managing it. Absolutely light years between both owners though.

Adam Lallana being in a best XI for Southampton is not a good sign -
If the opposition is swarming your DM then going long into space to rapid wingers sounds like a great plan to be fair.

Alves is an absolute unit now! Be brave, get him and sammy plenty of minutes this season. Absolute ideal season for it. People will always have excuses to make, same as in the cup comps. Just man up and play this pair of worldies and let em develop.

If your name's Jon Rudkin you could.

Fair play sir, you just made spit my coffee Glad the bournemouth fan has received the right response

Pretty sure we're obligated to provide 10% of whatever our available capacity is. If there's no away fans that'll mean there's no home fans to

Irrelevant! Can't you see that all I want, is to cause chaos for Italian clubs?!

Let's just sign Koopmeiners and cut out the middle man.

Premier League 24/25 Pre-season guff (misc talking points)
filbertway replied to davieG's topic in Leicester City Forum
17 years ago! Bloody hell. Well I still feel 18 despite being mid 30s now Twas a quality night out, was a really good group of lads at the meet ups. I'm still spending far too much time on here, so that probably says all you need to know about how I'm keeping haha. A single man, so clearly never fully took on board your pulling advice How about yourself? Indeed, always happy to heard from a voice of experience -

Oh yeah I get totally get that. I think intent behind any words or actions for me should be the main factor. If he's singled you out and taken exception to you because of your skin colour then that's cut and dry racist behaviour. I've only met you once, but we shared a few drinks in fan club and after an FT meet up and you were an absolute champ. I'd definitely have your back I'm fairly sure it was you anyway - I distinctly remember chanting "Singh is king" anyway and I don't know any other Singh's on FT! haha If it wasn't your good self I've definitely outed myself as the biggest racist on FT -

Imagine I'm in the minority here but "Ignore him he think's he Jackie Chan" is barely worth an eye roll, never mind getting punched If that's genuinely all that was said I don't mind being labelled a Tommy Robinson wannabee for thinking that punching someone is worse than saying that sentence. That being said I know that "punch" is probably being overblown and it was probably a light slap. -

Dan Ashworth must be sick of people giving Southgate credit for his work -

Often poor against teams equipped to do more than sit deep against us. Not really a flat track bully, incredible the amount of times it's required a slice of luck or moment of genius to win some games. Will not miss the guy in the slightest. Not sure he won a game against a top 10 team in the world in a meaningful fixture. Below par overall. Hopefully the minnow mindset is done away with when the next gaffer comes in. -
Can't we agree a 40m deal and then just as we're about to sign, tell them we won't pay a penny over 28m. The Italian way, they'd love it.

England fans left baffled by corner routine that ends up back with Jordan Pickford as they brand it 'criminal' | The Sun This was dead entertaining. There's no correct way to play football, but people ultimately fall in love with the game because it's entertaining and passionate. Too many coaches in the game trying to such both of those qualities out of the game in their pursuit of edging the percentages.

Who would you start up top tonight?

Unfortunately I doubt it, I'm fairly sure we'll see him score penalties against Bangladesh and Peru next wold cup
