  1. I had a fiver on Spurs to be winning by more than one goal at half time. I'm livid with Solanke tbh! Can guarantee Spurs will score withing 5-10 mins of the restart
  2. Can't knock the players too much, they've executed Coopers game plan. It's been absolutely gross and the fact we've only conceded one really masks how awful it's been. Don't fancy watching another 45 mins of 10 men sitting deep and narrow watching Spurs walk around with the ball.
  3. Buonette looks like a footballing version of Casadei
  4. Solanke has been our best defender.
  5. The most notable thing about Skipp is that he's probably the human that looks most like Buzz Lightyear Can't wait to sign Dane Scarlett for £15m + add ons next summer.
  6. Narrator: "Skipp went on to play for struggling Leicester"
  7. It'd be classic Leicester to lose our own record by getting smashed by 10.
  8. £25m for a Nampalys Mendy regen. Didn't realise we were so flush with cash
  9. Brighton, who played at an athletics track, in league one, starting another campaign strongly. The people that refuse to admit that good planning and being good at running a football club matters, will find another reason to put them down I'm sure. "If lestah cant dooo it under ruspin n the ties then who else can?!"
  10. If Cannon does get a Start, bear in mind he or whoever is starting up top will be playing an advanced defensive midfield role. So whoever it is, let's not give them too hard a time.
  11. I genuinely don't think we'll be far off Derby's unwanted record. The club is flat and in Rudkin and Top there's no leadership. If we pick up 25 points this season then Cooper has worked wonders.
  12. Because holding onto players that want to leave serves nobody any good. You either trust the process or you don't. We very much stumbled on the process it seems whereas for Brighton it is very much a legitimate business plan. The minute you deviate you're setting yourself up for failure a few years down the line.
  13. J. Rudkin
  14. Not under Ange, also they really seem to have it in for us as a club. I feel like out of all the big clubs they'd love to stick the boot in the most
  15. Wes is deceptive because he looks about 38 You don't appreciate how quick he is until you see him consistently go past players on the outside. Work ethic is great and has the ability to go with it. A right hand side of him and Harty is a manager's dream. Enjoyed watching the Rushall highlights and seeing Whitey is as sh*t as ever I have a lot of respect for what Stevo has done with Coalville, but his judgement of players is absolutely baffling at times.
  16. For a club that was picking up 60+ points a season they are quite low expectations. Personally I still think they're massively too high. Look where Top, Rudkin and Whelan have taken a club full of young talent and high priced assets. Where are they going to take a club with no financial pulling power and an aging squad with very few assets? I think it'd be an astounding piece of management to have us top half of the championship in 3 seasons time. Relegation is all but a certainty and this time we won't have the luxury of adding £40m worth of talent to a squad packed with internationals. I think even Tony Bloom would have trouble arresting this slide in the short term, never mind the clowns running the show now.
  17. A defence with any of them in is pretty terrifying We're gonna get absolutely smashed to bits regardless of the team that's put out.
  18. What are your expectations for the club over the next 2-3 seasons?
  19. Genuinely don't remember him ever getting booed to be honest, I'd imagine it'd be because he was on top form and annoying the opposition though. So it must have been in between August and October. Either way, Maddison is the least of our worries
  20. Haha mental isn't it, I came here to post the same thing.
  21. To be fair I feel like Maddison is one of the few players who would crumble under booing
  22. Please drop in some evidence. His first few months here he showed more bottle on the pitch than almost all of his team mates. He's had a chat with enzo last summer and acceptedhe doesn't fit into Enzo's plans. Rather than being happy to waste a year of his career collecting wages from us he went out and moved country again at 20 and had a solid season for the team that finished 5th in Serie A. Proper snowflake that.
  23. Leicester 0-7 Spurs If Spurs are anything near their best they'll run a train over us, genuinely think our away record could look in jeopardy at some point.
  24. Problem is he strops at his own team mates Id happily miss that for an eternity.
