Ruud van Nistelrooy - New Manager - Official
AjcW replied to moore_94's topic in Leicester City Forum
I'd say it's pretty simple with Potter "Graham we want you" "Brilliant, i'd love to join, just a couple of things, I'll need to bring in my own director of football and technical director, he's at Chelsea at the minute but only as a scout so won't cost much" "It's been lovely speaking with you, goodbye" 2 years later..... same conversation He walked in to West Ham, they sacked Tim Steidten and his new DOF starts in the summer -
We're done, a new manager coming in wont get a bounce in our next 4 games and by that point Wolves will likely have 6 more points. If Ruud goes, it makes sense to just let BBM and Kingy see out the season and then start again in the summer. If our next four games were different i'd be tempted to go for a firefighter. To be honest even our next 6, I'm only saying 4 as Brighton blow hot and cold and we might catch them on an off day!

Top definitely wasn't -
Wolves will pick up 6 points in their next 4, we will have 0, the gap will be 11 and they’ll probably relegate us in week 34. hope that helps.

He’s been the root of all our problems since N’didi came back. To me he looks annoyed to have not been trusted to continue in a role where he was one of our few good performers. For me N’didi has made us worse since returning but for some reason gets no stick at all. To have them both playing together is the problem. And that’s on our “manager”

Not gone over to the fans again. No idea why. Criticism has been of the board, what have fans done to annoy him? ****ing coward -
That was a ****ing disgrace Winks
-
It’s our board, they’ll just brush it off as one being a tree and the other being Robbie ****ing savage
-
Bleach and a couple of razor blades
-
Jesus Christ! Don’t even know what to say, that was rock bottom for sure
-
He's more of an amnager than a manager to be fair...
-
You know saying as @Foxes_Trust have to sign NDA's and the majority of fans aren't privvy to what goes on in these meetings.... can we not ban that account from here so that we don't have to suffer through these ****ing threads every couple of weeks? (although comedic value is often quite good...) We could have our own Foxestalk version once a quarter and send it in to the club....

I think they meant more local breweries... independent street food vendors... Not a multi million pound business actively pitching itself for sale to a multi national... The downgrade from the massive red leicester sausage roll to the shite greggs rip off FOR THE SAME price has glorious parrallels to our on field efforts this season.

West Ham United away, AKA eat, sleep, Decordova-Reid repeat.

I was amazed Cooper didn't do it, given the fact he previously loved to try different tactics every game. I'm not even a tiny bit surprised Ruud hasn't, he is Dutch, he is stubborn and they only have one way of playing football, we will play 4-3-2-1 the entire time he is here. I think my main dissapointment is he came in and showed off the 3 box 3 in that West Ham game, and then it just dissapeared into thin air -
Cunha is a whiney little piss flap isn't he
-
We're one Jorgensen mistake away from "If the fans do not believe in the process I will leave"
-
It's still the equivalent of us sticking Wilf or Soumare up front mate
-
I know a few on here have commented about this Wolves manager probably not being very good, and survival would be more down to 3 other sides being dreadful. But at the very least he's making interesting tactical decisions that make the oppositions think. Playing a defensive mid as a false nine because he feels he has no better options up front looks to be inspired so far.

agreed on Leicestershire villages, some beautiful places. I think the issue is training ground location. Be a right ball ache to get from south Leics (where most of the best bits are) to Seagrave. I guess it doesn’t help that the club themself own a load of property in Nottingham. Including the penthouse of the building in front of the city ground

I dunno, I’m only going of lived experiences. I’m a year away from living in Notts as long as I did Leicester… be weird when that milestone passes!
-
Well yeah of course. But the players are living in Ruddington, Keyworth and West Bridgford… and the city centre has one of the best food/coffee/cocktails scenes in the country. It’s not even remotely comparable and I’d not judge any leicester player choosing to live here. Especially due to it being 15/20 mins from Seagrave. I took my daughter to leicester a few weeks ago for the first time and it just depressed me more than anything else.

Fancy Wolves at home midweek against an inconsistent Fulham too.

Would also potentially signal the return of Chris Powel

Playing away Friday night too, so I imagine either the Friday or Monday fixture will see even more U18 prospects for rotation purposes. -

They release pretty much the whole season at once which is good. Also the odd friendly/cup game gets added ad-hoc The section is here https://tickets.lcfc.com/en-GB/categories/development Next game is next Monday, tickets usually stay on sale until the day before. Sometimes these games 'sell-out' but I often find it's against a big academy side and is perhaps more to do with wanting behind closed doors or scouts only games.
