I remember the Watford FA Cup game we had to have two dressing rooms or something for safeguarding? im not expecting him to have minutes… but we should be showing him how highly we rate him by getting him involved in training and maybe the odd cup sub appearance

If we have been lucky enough to unearth a generational talent, there's absolutely no reason he shouldn't be in and around the first team squad at some point this season. Bellingham and Rigg are good recent examples, I know it's the championship where they got their start, but Jude was playing for Dortmund at 16/17. Chris Rigg will be in the Prem and starting in January I think (or maybe another dortmund find ) I'd say it's unlucky that both carabao rounds have coincided with him being away, but lets be honest he wouldn't have got a sniff

Comms Director has been at the club 15 years Head of Marketing has been at the club 20 years Head of Brand has been at the club 10 years and is actually a videographer.... People DO NOT LEAVE this football club, there is no jeopardy, no challenge, no being held to account. As much as loyalty is great at times, where in that chain is there room for new ideas? What has happened to all of the managers in their team that will have been with them during that time? Left because no chance of promotion or trying out new things? Stinks.

I cannot tell you as a marketer how frustrating this club is. If I was Marketing Director, there's 10 things I could do in the first week that would completely transform the clubs relationship with the fans, maybe 8 or 9 of them wouldn't cost a penny! It's a curse at the weekend, I get to be angry about the result and then angry about the way they've told me about the result

I'm your guy. There is no explanation. League 1 and 2 clubs have dedicated social media channels for their academies, now granted that is in itself an excellent marketing tool for them to sell talent, but still, it's inexcusable. My only explanation would be that little Anthony got a bid sad at some of the criticism in this thread over the years and they binned off all coverage. I'm sure if they were asked the question by yourselves or the trust they'd say they made cuts in the Championship and haven't picked it up since. In reality the streams dissapeared at about the same time things were particularly critical in this thread. All in all though the club are letting the young lads down, they're letting the fans down and they're switching off another easy entry point for parents who might want to show their kids some Leicester football at an acceptable time on a weeknight. It's one step forwards, two back. The fact that people can go to games at seagrave is great, but on the flipside they've binned off any U21 games at the KP, so unless you can be bothered to travel to seagrave and get one of the 499 tickets, you've got no chance! Once again blocking off a great entry point for that 5-8 year old market where parents want to test out how their kids get on at a match without a massive crowd.

I've heard scores of managers say things like "he just needs to adapt slightly to a specific way i'm asking him to play this season" Perfectly reasonable and perfectly fine to have out in the open. Pep does it brilliantly.

I find situations like this very confusing, but... a good manager would actually come out and say what the reasoning is. To me this comes across as Ricky has questioned his methods and he's fallen out with him because of it. Those articles the other week about dressing room unrest, doesn't take a genius to work out who that might have come from!
