  1. Team massively low on confidence going into the game tbf after the run we've had. Problem is the team has looked fragile and devoid of confidence all season.
  2. The squad simply isn't good enough for the PL. Ipswich at least have the advantage of having a team that their manager has built. Ruud is left with Cooper's rubbish, players signed for The Championship and rubbish nobody wanted after we went down last time (with some exceptions).
  3. We were dreadful every game under Cooper but they had us out the bottom 3. Results have got even worse under Ruud and we're out the bottom 3! Astonishing but not sustainable. 17 points from 23 games. Doubled up over a Championship season that's 34. We went down with 52 under Holloway.
  4. He bottled the two CL pushes. Had us punching above our weight but threw them away. I don't think we recovered from the 2nd one in his reign. His last season here he'd checked out but rather than walk just waited for his pay off, while the club didn't want to pay him off. That impasse relegated us and when you go down you lose your best players and when you come back up it's difficult to build a competive side again without spending big like Forest did.
  5. Defied all logic that we were out the bottom 3 right up to Christmas. Was never sustainable which is why Cooper went. Doubt we even get out the bottom 3 again now.
  6. To a degree but even in the 80s Liverpool won most of their home games, but would often slip up to Leicester. Even when we came up under Pearson and were bottom we drew there when Rodgers was still in charge. Forest won there this season but it's not a ground we've got anything from since Klopp took charge, even when we won the league and they were struggling.
  7. Anfield always used to be a good ground for us till Klopp turned up. Even in the 80s and under MON.
  8. Remember when people were flapping about Brenton getting the United job? We'd have been well compensated as well. Amorim unless a disaster will at least get a couple of years like Ten Hag did, for RVN to be in consideration next time that job comes up he'll have to have Leicester going well in the Premier League. We just need to stay up this year and go from there.
  9. Coady can only play in a back 3.
  10. We're the home team early Saturday kick off after an international break when Chelsea would have a lot more players away, yet we look like we got back from New Zealand last night.
  11. Forest fan.
  12. Everton fans refused to accept relegation and we went down instead two years ago after sticking with Brendan while the fans politely stood by.
  13. There's got to be people who would want to buy a PL club. Look at Everton who are a financial basket case.
  14. It's the new stadium effect as well. Filbert Street always had a charm to it and was more compact. When we were barely getting 20,000 through the second half of the 2000's (after 2004 relegation) it was dire then. Coventry is basically similar from Highfield Road to Ricoh and they haven't been in the PL since they moved. Forest still have their heritage of their old stadium. Bar the odd season (and odd games) it's always been a struggle for atmosphere at KP.
  15. They've hit the post twice, missed a sitter and our keeper man of the match, he's still got luck.
  16. Obviously he isn't being sacked at the moment but the issue will be if Southampton and Wolves get new manager bounces. Cooper has been massively lucky with results this season, our outlying numbers are awful. You'll take any win but it's not sustainable. Survival is achievable but it'll probably take a mid season change if performances don't improve. The players are battling but they don't seem to be taking the tactics on board
  17. Survival is achievable this season and would be more achievable with a better coach. Southampton and Wolves will change manager soon and could then stop leaking goals. We could have easily conceded more. Xg has us lowest goals score, most goals conceded along with Ipswich and fewest points.
  18. Has to go.
  19. He has to go, he's not up to it at this level and he hasn't got the momentum of the fanbase behind him like he had at Forest. October international break is the time to source a replacement. Moyes would be ideal.
  20. Everton and Spurs both let us off the hook. Should have been dead and buried at half time.
  21. He's not up to it at this level. The sack was a long time coming at Forest and they spent a fortune. He's a Championship manager.
  22. It's a bit like 02/03 when we knew we didn't have enough to compete but needed the financial boost of promotion. We'd have been in a worst state if we stayed down.
  23. while Everton flagrantly broke the rules and stayed up at our expenses.
  24. Should go all out for Moyes if we want to stay up like Everton did with Dyche.
