I’m in H1, get into the ground early, watch the warm up from the Keepers coming out, sing the songs, always stay til the end, always clap the players off. The majority of fans in my section stay until the end and clap the players off. There’s been a noticeable attention focus by Enzo and the team on celebrating more with SK1 due to the excellent work of UFS this season and I think that’s deserved. BUT, the team and Enzo need to make sure that the rest of the fans aren’t left out, I’ve certainly noticed less interest in players walking past even our section as this season has continued and we are close to SK1. Great that SK1 gets special attention, no probs, but don’t forget the rest of us.

If we value pressing above actual scoring ability as apparently seems to be the thinking with Daka, we might as well play Hamza as a striker. His press can be better and more physical than Daka’s and he’s got similar finishing ability.🤷🏻‍♂️

I sometimes it’s as much about the ref happy for the clock to wind down. He had no interest in hurrying Blackburn’s keeper who didn’t even try and pretend to be doing anything other than time wasting. The slow play meant the ref had less actual game time to manage. It felt like the ref was happy to dial it in, reduce the amount of actual reffing he had to do and take a nice easy pay day!

I watched him at the weekend against Ayoze’s lot and he looked slow, played simple passes the way he was facing and generally didn’t really doing anything significant in a league that’s generally much slower paced than ours. Certainly he isn’t an alternative to KDH as has been mentioned on here. More like a back up to Winks who’s not likely to push him to start in the pivot role. Personally I’d sell him even if it means taking a hit on his original cost.

Irrelevant if he wants to stay. We clearly needed to rid Danny Ward off our books, the club told him there was not going to be any game time but he didn’t want to leave because he knew he wouldn’t get anything like the wages he gets now so he stayed. And he’ll be here another year unless we pay part of his wages on a loan deal.

Pipes was a different time and we were entering Administration. Modern employment law means you can’t force someone to leave. I’d also be amazed if KDH went to Brentford or Brighton, it’s simply not a step up from us. Now if an offer came in from one of the big six or maybe even Villa in The Champions League then you could understand him perhaps leaving. But for Brentford or Brighton I’m sorry I just don’t see it.

Absolute legend, I wasn’t impressed when Rodgers shipped him out on loan last year. Underestimated his presence around the squad.
