Sky sports Leicester City squad page

Think it’s the other Tommy Wright tbf, much less ‘ooooh’ than the original. -
Yeh. Only Everton have gone with them this year and that’s because they are local and have invested in the club.
-
Be careful what you wish for. Could be castore - dropped by Newcastle, Villa and Wolves for being 💩
-
Kids versions don’t have a sponsor so if you’re an adult with a problem with our new pac man sponsor but still want the kit AND you’re built like a jockey or a professional road cyclist then you’re in luck!
-
Yeh I got one of the toffs ones a few years back too. I wasn’t overly impressed with the quality or fit tbh.

Buying a replica shirt from the club is exactly the same though, you’re just buying it a few years after it was relevant. They still cost peanuts to make, are often awful designs and still cost loads. A lot of the legit replicas from the KP look more snide than a dhgate shirt too as they don’t have the original brand logo (e.g the le coq sportif ones.)

Not sure how we can ever find a sponsor that isn’t going to upset someone somewhere. Gambling firms clearly upset, junk food and sugary drink companies upset, alcohol companies upset, add to this list the social media firms, car firms, energy companies, drug companies, even dodgy ginger singers. Not sure what’s left that is going to bring in the income that Premier league teams have to have to survive PSR these days that aren’t going to offend a proportion of the fanbase. 🤷🏻♂️

Could be worse. Could be sponsored by Ed Sheeran.

Surely all cupboards are stationary?
-
Whoever signs him needs to get him to the nearest barber and get that awful ‘Coventry Barnet’ sorted once and for all.

This transfer and the state of the club is 100% down to Rudkin, Whelan and Top being blasé about PSR and ignoring/underestimating the repercussions until too late. As a result we’ve had relegation, an overpaid playing squad that couldn’t/can’t be shifted when the club needed due to wildly overpaid wages, a massive increase in costs to the fans, the loss of the entire management team who weren’t aware of the state of PSR and now our best player gone for an undervalued fee and without any replacement because we are so far from achieving the PSR targets. Our squad is significantly weaker than the one that we started The Championship with and we are understandably favourites with the bookies to be relegated. Even worse, we are now just a feeder club for an awful team called Chelsea, in a position where we have to accept the bear minimum from them for our best players, Will Alves will be next.

Who will be the clubs next big sale?

That was literally to save the club. We have no financial issues like this anymore. This is just o adhere to PSR figures that were put in place 10 years ago (£105m a year) that haven’t been adjusted since then to account for inflation.
-
They’ve had our pants down for £30m. I’d say a good £10m under value. He’s our best player, he had 3 years left on his contract. These fcukers paid £100m for Caicedo. They’ve taken advantage of the terrible mismanagement at LCFC and the PSR deadline. KDH is a great lad, one of our own and I certainly wish him well unlike when they took BenChilwell and Fofana. I wouldn’t be surprised if we see him back in a LCFC shirt again in the future.
-
It only makes sense if the sale of KDH is going to earn more points than having him with us all season and taking a points deduction. Even then I’m not convinced KDH would want the upheaval of leaving his hometown club to join Brighton. Big 6 yeh but Brighton?

Positives on the impending Cooper appointment
funkyrobot replied to CrazyKopCorner's topic in Leicester City Forum
Verstergaard isn’t going to get a better deal than the £80k he’ll be on a week for the next 3 years. If it goes badly for him form-wise we’ll have another Danny Ward problem. We haven’t learned a thing. -

Yes, the point I was making was the fact that Rudkin agreed to it shows the club have not learned from past mistakes. Give him a new contract by all means but 3 years is steep for a 32 year old. -

Yeh I know but that doesn't justify a 32yr old with a sketchy premier league history being given a 3 year contract. -
£160 as well 😂
-
Tbf he should be rocking the entire BKT LCFC range EVERY match. He’d look an absolute vision in patchworked snow wash denim like KDH did at the launch
-
The first thing Cooper needs to do is stop rocking Paul Smith tops and grab himself some vintage jumpers emblazoned with ‘The Sweater Shop.’ - Syston’s finest (defunct) clothing wear.
-
You moved into safer ground from your ‘Patson Daka is a quality striker’ days I see!

I would say the fact that 32 year old Vestergaard has been given a 3 year contract would suggest the drastic reset isn’t happening anytime soon. -

Could be worse, we could’ve waited a week and recruited the soon to be out of work Gareth Southgate.
