If Man city win their case They could sell their stadium rights for 1 billion They say that the 14 club vote is wrong and should be 11 only. Discriminating against middle Eastern owners. This is a diversionary tactic to stop the rules They broke and masked from being used to punish them. If Man city win their case then the Premier league will be even more top heavy. -

OK I'm not talking about the psr charges as they were in place whilst we were in the prem. Mainly the efl and prem being able to agree the cross over of sanctions this prem season, to be applied to last year's breaches. I know that last year's psr whilst in the championship can be calculated as well as last 2 prem seasons. ?13 mill in championship approx for one season. So when they look at the figures to punish transgressors before the end of this season we will already have been punished for the 2bprem seasons. As Everton this season. -

They cannot backdate these rules so in effect they would not be implemented till 25/26. Any Efl sanctions could only be applied if we got relegated. I expect also that accounts submitals would also be changed to stop what we did. -

Everton's quarterly with club is to infrequent. 6 times a year would be the minimum requirement. I have been watching this develop with interest. Whilst change is definitely required I think we might be seeing the word constitutions being used soon. I hope that when the FAB is formed that it is not made up of to many representatives from one section of the fans. Club engagement is imperative else why bother at all. Open confrontations will only steel the clubs resolve. The one issue that needs addressing immediately is the £25 season ticket charge. I went digital but most fans prefer a physical card. Around 18000 to 19000 I think. The problem is if you protest by not renewing the only person you are punishing is yourselves. I don't know if there is a petition started but I think it may need one to sway the club. The donation to the foundation is no answer. -

Ok thanks for your reply. The PSR part is not that nobody knew. It was factored in with different income revenue. They did start reeling in from the January 22 transfer window Which is when Mr Rogers flung his dummy and started quivering his lips. To late to comply as big wages on 3 or 4 year deals. Brendans contract was more than any playing staffs @ £10 mill a year. Vards was about £7 mill. The co-opting would need voting on as far as I am aware. I have not seen the FAB proposals so cannot comment on these. I think a survey is a good idea but what questions you put and how they are worded are absolutely key to productive survey. No more than 15 to 20 questions. Aggressive take overs only split loyalties. -

I Think you can only instigate an EGM as the AGM has happened. I thought Union FS were trying to get FSA affiliate membership. Do you see this a quicker route? What were the four Questions and how long for the reply. -
Yes the new Leeds manager

The amount of moaning on here is unreal. "Happy clappers"!!! Why can't we celebrate cos they lost. The amount of posts saying teams playing Leeds,Ipswich,Southampton would be on the beach with nothing to play for. Then we are on the beach. We won the championship for a record 8th time. We are not entitled to belittle the championship. We are not entitled to be in the Premier league. The owners who are getting absolutely lambasted on here, have given this club the most successful period in its history. They tried to live with the big boys and Brendan threw 2 big chances to be top 4 away. So now we have to pay a price for that. How has some of the fan base become so arrogant as not to celebrate what other clubs are only dreaming of achieving. I celebrated the whole game and then the whole time till I left the ground. Then while waiting in the pub for my lift home. Happy clapper you bet Go back to your sad lives and not celebrate its your choice. But don't belittle those of us who know what it takes to win anything in football. Ask Spurs fans. I might well not be alive when we win something again. Championees Championees Ole Ole
