I think it would take substantially more than a couple of hundred quid to move the odds. Tends to be bookies getting wind of something that could be in the offing or a sudden glut of bets being placed to show a major shift.

I put £100 on a few days ago when the odds were 2/1, the odds didn’t change at all. Obviously shortened a bit since then.

Yes, it’s refreshing to see a manager take the hard line with a player, quite rare these days.

He’s definitely bulked up a bit and seems more confident and aggressive, good to see. His recent resurgence is a big plus going into next season. Quite the turnaround and fair play to the lad.

Weird that Jordan Blackwell (who I find is normally fairly accurate with his ratings), only gave Thomas a 4 😳 Thought he had a decent game and has really impressed in the last few games.

He showed a complete lack of class with the Enzo sign whilst Cooper was in charge and has spat his dummy out regarding the refusal to stay at the training ground one day a week. I’ll be glad to see the back of him, along with the majority of our squad. Complete overhaul needed but shifting the deadwood isn’t gonna be easy thanks to the ridiculously overinflated wages that have been handed out over recent times. How we fare next season is impossible to predict atm, surely it has to be more enjoyable than this one though 🥴

Equally we can ill afford to pander to a player who clearly has no love or commitment to the club. We have plenty of players who fall into that category and I can’t wait to see the back of the lot of them, regardless of talent.

I only managed to listen to the second half on the radio yesterday as I’m in the middle of moving house. The commentators were raving about Skipps performance and how he came on and completely changed the game, the ratings above certainly don’t reflect that. Just wondering what people who saw the game thought?
