Carved open far too easily at times, the midfield has been crap. Winks defensively has been poor, Ndidi pretty anonymous & KDH looks like he cba.
-
His leg was working fine when he smashed one in against Middlesbrough
-
1-0 loss incoming, Matty James with a 30 yard screamer.

Wouldn’t have minded him in the summer tbf. A manager that will make a step up at some point imo.
-
Really depends on how he feels about the current situation of the club. He was already downbeat back in January regarding the Sensi deal, with our situation potentially heading into next season, is he a guy who would be happy working on a potentially limited budget? What we don’t want is another Rodgers scenario, where our manager becomes frustrated and things turn south. Maybe a manager who has history of working with limited resources might be a better fit

https://wpbsa.com/rankings/race-to-the-crucible/ This covers it mate. I’m guessing Ford & Hawkins could leapfrog Higgins depending on the Tour Champs, but they’ve all secured their Crucible spot 👍🏻

Robertson needed to win the tournament this week to be seeded for The Crucible. Higgins is fine, his current seeding is 13th.

A tense drama filled decider at the World Open between Ding & Robertson, Ding had to get escorted out by Police after winning As for Robertson...

Leicester 'could face points deduction next season'
kingfox replied to ClaphamFox's topic in Leicester City Forum
Get promoted and be depressed. Stay down and be depressed. Those at the top of Leicester City have a lot to answer for on a number of reasons, but these rules are just absolutely pathetic and are a stain to football. The big clubs get bigger, while the likes of Leicester are pushed back into their box. To put it bluntly, modern football is shit. -
Scoring fests galore at the World Open this week. Selby has just lost out to Jackson Page, in a match which nearly had five centuries in a row

Random / Semi Unheard of Players you’ve spotted that we should look at

Potentially cheap option for LCB/LB. Hristiyan Petrov - CSKA Sofia. Was recently voted the best U21 talent in Bulgaria. -
Championship team of possible transfers. Who has impressed you?
kingfox replied to Kinowe Soorie's topic in Transfer Talk
Jacob Greaves as LCB/LB Gabriel Sara as an 8 Tom Fellows as a wing option Those three would be ideal should we get promoted. -
He’s had a few good wins over the past year or so. One of the best British prospects along with Stan Moody and Liam Pullen. Oliver Sykes could be one to watch too, he’s been winning a lot of British junior events. Also looks to be a decent influx of talent coming from Europe too, especially Poland & Ukraine 👍🏻
-
One to watch for the future. Glad he’s finally earned a tour card, as he’s come close a few times in other tournaments.
-
Mentioned this lad before, we’ll need a few players who will possibly come in the £5-10 million bracket.
-
Far too erratic when put under severe pressure. If we are forced to sell players next season, if anyone comes in for him, then he should be moved on.

FA Cup: Chelsea (A) 4-2 Post-Match Thread
kingfox replied to lnkstern's topic in Leicester City Forum
Proud that we managed to pull it back to 2-2. But the red card and our snail pace defence inevitably cost us. -
Nice of you to join the match Stephy

Where can we find this scene? Pornhub? Xhamster?

If Ndidi leaves, this lad on loan from Girona... If KDH leaves, might be a tad unrealistic though...

Adding onto this. With Maresca’s identity having similarities to Guardiola & De Zerbi, if the idea is to model those two going forward, our midfield simply has to be more technical. As others have alluded to, KDH & Ndidi as our two 8’s isn’t really a sustainable solution, they aren’t technical enough and don’t keep the ball well enough, that shows when it comes to their underlying passing statistics. I look at the midfield and I feel it needs someone in the mould of Pascal Gross, in the summer(Should Maresca still be here) we need to find our version of him.
-
Enzo has his faults, personally so far I think he’s a very one dimensional manager. But in terms of his philosophy and the style he plays, I’d seriously be questioning whether our squad is technical enough for his style, because right now I don’t think it is. We have a solid core of Hermansen - Vestergaard - Winks, those three are absolutely vital to the way we play. The players around those three all have their limitations. Faes can be an absolute bombscare at times. He really needs to cut out the occasional rashness from his game, it’s holding him back from becoming a pretty good defender. James Justin has gone way downhill. Doyle has been a bit hit and miss imo, while he might not even be here next season. He’s converted both Ricardo & Ndidi into new roles, both have adapted well this season, but are they the long term solution to their current positions, I have my doubts. KDH statistically has been our most creative player, but would you class him as a highly technical midfielder, probably not. We saw in the Premier League that he has certain limitations. Mavididi & Fatawu both blow hot & cold, personally I don’t see them as regular starting wingers should we get promoted. Then you come to the strikers, where I’m still not sure who’s better in a Maresca type system. If Maresca is still here next season, more changes are needed to make his philosophy properly flourish.

Leicester 'could face points deduction next season'
kingfox replied to ClaphamFox's topic in Leicester City Forum
Go up and potentially be another Sheffield United but with a points deduction. Stay down and potentially be like what Norwich & Watford have been like this season. Forced to sell our best players, while we scrape around for free transfers and loans. The 2005-2008 version of Leicester City is back on the horizon -
This is what happens when you fail to stay consistent in terms of Premier League position and successful transfer windows. We fvcked up on both those parts and now we’re seeing the consequence. Trying to compete with the “Big Six” is virtually impossible, we did it for a couple of seasons, then fvcked it. Aston Villa & Brighton could easily go the same way as us, if they fail to stay consistent. Faults galore from top to bottom has left us in this mess. Looking back at the 21/22 season, even though we finished 8th, that season should now be deemed a failure. Not getting into Europe and having one of the worst transfer windows in recent memory, was the catalyst of our downfall. Nothing needs to be said about the 22/23 season. Players on ridiculous undeserved contracts The inability to shift players because they are on ridiculous undeserved contracts Failing to make Europe, then a season later we get relegated Shit transfer windows The lack of ruthlessness when it came to sacking Rodgers All those things have constituted to our current state, to the point where if we’re promoted, we could be forced into selling our best players. We’ll just have to sit and pray that we don’t end up being another Sheffield United.
