Hermansen & Fatawu are the only two who deserve credit after that. -
Leicester 'could face points deduction next season'

It’s the 25/26 season. We are 20th in The Championship Robbie Neilson is our manager Sean Morrison is our captain Cray Valley Paper Mills have knocked us out of The FA Cup Jon Rudkin has been made Vice Chairman -
This mini league slump has been a mixture of tactical stubbornness and players underperforming. Maresca’s tactics are very one dimensional, as others have said, we have no Plan B when Plan A fails. It’s exactly why a section of the fanbase struggle to warm to this style of football, I said on here in January that I feel a section of the fanbase is just burnt out when it comes to possession style football. We saw it many times under Puel & Rodgers, when teams sat back against us and we struggled to break them down, the style of football became incredibly tedious. We are seeing the same thing every now and then under Maresca, today’s performance against QPR being our worst so far. It doesn’t help matters when certain players underperform. When KDH and our wingers(Mavididi & Fatawu) are not on their game, we look a completely different outfit. A team that lacks ideas and creativity when going forward. You also take Vestergaard & Ricardo out of the equation who have been pivotal to the way we play... Then performances like today are actually not that surprising.

Not having the ability to strengthen in January is starting to show. Another 8 and winger was desperately needed.

Man City please. I’m craving to see Vesty dominate Haaland.

Big test tonight, Bournemouth have gone strong. -
I’d give this a read mate https://www.lcfc.com/news/3189615/autism-packs-available-at-king-power-stadium?lang=en Quite surprised they didn’t mention this to you, instead of palming you off with needing evidence. Also quite surprised we haven’t got a sensory room yet, one would be ideal while the new stand gets built.

Because it ain’t the 2012-2015 era now buddy

Commendable effort from Selby to comeback and get that match into a decider. Fair play to Zhang though for holding his nerve in the decider, crazy how he’s turned into a World Class player this season.

Those are two positions that I have my concerns about if we do get promoted. The likes of Vestergaard & Winks are highly suited in a possession based system. When you’re not dominating possession and the pressure on our defensive shield increases, as we’ve already seen at times this season, there’s a niggling softness as I’ve touched on with the amount of late goals we’ve been conceding. As good as Winks has been, will we get away with him as the DM should we get promoted? In some games maybe, but they’ll be games where I have my doubts. Josh Cullen for example was instrumental to Burnley’s team last season, pretty much did what Winks currently does for us, come the Premier League, Cullen is now hardly featuring for Burnley. Harry Winks is a far better player than Josh Cullen, but as you’ve said yourself, I feel we’d need an alternative that is not only good on the ball, but will also be an enforcer. As for the defence, a LCB would be a priority position imo, a position that I’d spend £15-20 million on if our budget allows. As for Vestergaard the jury is out on that one, it wouldn’t surprise me in the slightest if he starts in the Premier League, finding a player who does his role would probably cost over £30 million, unless we go after Ko Itakura of Gladbach who has a pretty decent release clause this summer.

Only thing that concerns me right now is the late goals we’ve been conceding. We’ve conceded 11 goals between 81-90 minutes, only Blackburn, Preston & Rotherham have conceded more goals than us in that time frame. We saw that kind of softness under Rodgers, it still seems to be lingering with Enzo in charge. That’s something he needs to try and stamp out, otherwise it could well end up biting us in the long run.

A Rodgers type performance that, can’t help but shit themselves when pressure mounts. -
Vestergaard’s new contract has just been placed in a shredder.

Dear Craig Pawson You’re a cvnt. Kind Regards, every Leicester fan

That flick on from Daka was quality

Played with purpose tonight, scored well and played at around 23 seconds. You know Selby is at it when he flowed like he did tonight. Hopefully he can continue producing similar over the coming days...🏆
-
That’s the best Selby has looked since the British Open in Sep/Oct imo. So good to see him play like that again

Ko Itakura of Gladbach has a £10-15 million release clause valid for this summer. Been linked with some top teams, but he is about the only player who could do Vestergaard’s role that wouldn’t cost a fortune.
