I was impressed by how Chris Davies set Birmingham up last season and I'm also a fan of McKenna. What's happening at Wednesday is awful. It's baffling how so many clubs - even big ones - are ran so unimaginably badly by either devious/uninterested/bat-shit crazy people or good, clueless (and often well-meaning) people. If we had to go down last season, then RvN's cluelessness of how to best use Bilal was actually, in hindsight, a blessing for us. If we had fully utilised BeK, put up a fight and still gone down narrowly then there would be plenty of suitors. I'm convinced that Ciufentes is much more likely to recognise the strengths and weaknesses of players and Bilal will be one to benefit and flourish under him.
