  1. I always suspected it. Gut instinct never lies. The truth is revealed.
  2. It was both. The problem is the model came from a manager, and yet it's director of football who got the reward for it. They still can't see it either.
  3. Won't be as good as last year and even last year was pretty unrewarding really, like racing a load of Fords with a Ferrari and we still nearly made a pigs ear of it. Just by any means necessary get these absolute clowns 'running' this club out.
  4. 4 points in the 14 games he's started.
  5. Wouldn't be QPR's best player. Over twenty million, in an already precarious financial position, and he doesn't get in our side. This signing alone should have people under serious heat. Obviously they'll be the ones telling us all it's OK though.
  6. I do think some of the history on it has been rewritten a bit and that we weren't good every week as is often suggested, but we were better than this. They won 7 of their last 9 games. I'd be amazed if we won 7 times all season.
  7. Can see it being Fulham. Even worse is people will be happy with it.
  8. Couldn't feel any less like it. I could see Ipswich pulling similar off though. They've got that same camaraderie about them. There is absolutely nothing about us that feels positive. That wasn't the case last time.
  9. Given a massive lifeline this season with that points deduction avoidance and this is what we serve up. It's just abject. First half was OK without any real product. Second half was utterly woeful and as per the last god knows how many games, just blatantly a team that will be relegated. Put us out of our misery. Top & Rudkin out.
  10. Thought we'd lose. No surprise at all in the outcome. Being average all over the pitch is good enough to leave our place with a 0-2 victory. We're that starving that people have started to convince themselves we're playing well.
  11. It was, and still is.
  12. I'm all for Rudkin stuff and it should be sung by all four stands but I can't help but escape the idea that like with Rodgers, like with Cooper, it's all because our fans just can't comprehend the idea of going after the owner - who is the most culpable. They can't take the emotion out of it.
  13. A Saturday 3pm game in the Premier League on general sale - when did that last happen here?
  14. Forgettable, nothing side. Aiyawatt & Rudkin OUT.
  15. If somebody totally unrelated to Vichai had come in in 2018 and performed how Aiyawatt has done the majority of the fanbase would want them out. It's pure association that alleviates him of this criticism.
  16. Fingers crossed. I don't think they've turned much of a corner though. They're abysmal defensively, giving up loads of chances. That tonight sums them up. Any other year that's sailing.
  17. They're on 30 goals from 21 games. We scored 68. No comparison. We get lumbered a lot with a reputation based on how we finished the season. People acted like we were winning 1-0 all year. Forest are actually on course to score just 3 more than we did in the season we went down. Their attack isn't close. They're a good team and I do think this sadly will act as a platform for them to keep getting better. But they're not Leicester 2015/16. They just aren't.
  18. Not celebrating against any former club is one of the low key shite things about football now. Such virtue signalling dog shit. If we're upset that Wood's celebrating scoring against us maybe we should encourage the club to sign better defenders.
  19. Man City are still right in theirs. A two goal lead blown and another poor performance. I thought about backing them to win the league at 40/1 the other week and I'm glad I didn't. They're a bust this season. They were crap here as well.
  20. Quite relieved. They won't win it. Think they had to win that to win the league. They'll get top 4 comfortably though. Chelsea and Man City are both miles off it. Arsenal are possibly the same. I wonder if both them and Newcastle will do it.
  21. I see people blame the style but it was poor recruitment as much as anything. We had a midfield of Amartey and King in some games. It was admittedly very hard after Kante but the recruitment wasn't good enough. I'd have been very intrigued to see what we'd done if we'd recruited suitably.
  22. It's true. With a game in hand as well (albeit a massive banana skin fixture). I'm less and less convinced they're that good. They're not as good as Man City at their best and to be honest I'm not even convinced they're as good as Arsenal were in the last couple of years.
  23. Liverpool definitely having their slump. I'm getting genuinely quite worried now.
  24. This iteration? Basically anyone. Southampton may be an exception but even they for all their embarrassment haven't gotten into financial shit, and they're apparently having a bit of a restructure, so that's two things they have over us. All we have over them is better positioned finishes with the same outcome. Top's ownership is a shambles.
