This is exactly what people are forgetting (bit in bold). The owners dared to compete with the artificially elevated, cash rich clubs and gave it a go. Instead of critiscing how the club is financially run perhaps show some respect for the ambition to take us to the next level. Yep, a heavy price is being paid but it was worth the gamble. He was never going to get a Premier League job last summer. We were his next best option and given his less than impressive CV was lucky to be appointed. If he thinks that he can do better elsewhere then so can we. His stock isn't high enough yet to get a better job. That Said, hoping that he gets the club shaken up a bit.

We sang his name as he warmed up for Bristol City and you could see that he was struggling not to wave back. S'pose it wouldn't have been appropriate but acted proffessional to the end. Class.

Upton Steel? Air Asia East Stand (wasn't it?). Must be some out there wanting to see their logo's in prominent positions especially in the Premier League with the world watching. The new East stand (if it ever happens) will command the most especially as the cameras will be moved over to the West Stand.

All this talk about new sponsorship of the stadium, kit, Seagrave to raise funds to satisfy PS&R but no mention of doing the same for individual stands. Missing a trick there unless they are?
