  1. Biggest dump I've ever lived in, fortunately it was only for 3 months. Weirdly, the locals think it's paradise on earth. Don't think the most have ever been outside of South Wales.
  2. Twinned with Guangxi, Province in China There's no province finer.
  3. I was in the crapping it camp. Didn't sleep for the last 6 weeks and it just consumed my life. Every Sky interval played the "We're coming for you" jingle. Every home match I was greeted by the bloke next to me with the 'are you ready for another 90 mins of torture'?... and it was, mostly.
  4. Access from the A4042 Traffic will enrage you On your way to Newport
  5. Those driving tomorrow will need to allow extra travel time once they get into Wales. Only 2nd gear required. Make sure that you leave before the 85th minute to make up for lost time.
  6. Seagrave must've been a bit of a shock for Yunus
  7. Hamza for Casadei, I reckon. Nice to have options in Faes and Souttar for when Vestergaard gets the inevitable yellow and ban.
  8. Decent. We could be 5 points clear of them tomorrow. Pressure on.
  9. Still no Dennis https://www.lcfc.com/news/3743132/maresca-reports-a-clean-bill-of-health-for-swansea?lang=en
  10. Not sure why he's taking advice on free kicks from KDH
  11. Zola Budd must've been one of the first to switch allegencies to further a sporting career.
  12. He's out on the grass, he's out on the grass, Tom Cannon, he's out on the grass.
  13. I can remember him ballooning that into row Z and thinking at the time that we would've turned over Newcastle had we not messed up in the semi. That night at Villa Park was probably the worst of my teenage years.
  14. No, haven't read his book. Sounds depressing. Looking back, losing Young/Melrose allowing the emergence of the Smith/Lineker duo was the best thing that could've happened.
  15. So many people say that but still subscribe to it
  16. A lot will depend on the condition of our returning internationals. We don't know the situation with Nacho as he had to return early due to personal issues. The good thing is that we can still field a very strong starting 11 with just the players that have been training at Seagrave during the break.
  17. So the King Power will have Outline approval given once the S106 has been signed off. This presumably is for the seven(?) buildings and not the stadium which, iirc, was granted Full approval previously. Given it's been stated that stadium development will only proceed in tandem with all of the other structures (ie. Not one without the other) then Full consent will also be needed before we see spades in the ground, it would seem. So that will potentially mean yet more delays unless that's what's been worked on for the past 18 months, or whatever.
  18. I was as annoyed (being polite) as anyone after the Wallace/Melrose/Young departures but Milne had the last laugh. Not sure that either of the pair's careers improved after leaving?
  19. I'm all for it if it improves his game (for us). Not sure that it will though.
  20. ... also, check out the 'Ticket forwarding' thread below. There's a suggestion that you don't need to pay a fee.
  21. It does seem they must be Fox Members according to this (scroll down to ticket forwarding)... https://www.lcfc.com/news/3487575?lang=en I'd give the ticket office a call.
