The club is effectively trading whilst insolvent, but as long as the directors continue to sign off the accounts, and the cashflow to meet the day to day bills is somehow found, then nothing will change. The crunch comes when the debts aren't payed, which unless we see outside investment, or Top puts his mitt in his pocket, will happen soon.

My over riding feeling is one of worry for the majority of people working at the club who are on normal wages just doing their job well, they have played no part in this, but may suffer the consequences of the actions of a selfish few.

It's going to take the club going to the brink of existence before some of them even consider the well being and long term future of the club over being a super fan. Same goes for some of the ridiculous expectations of those that are never happy with any performance ever.
