  1. Highly likely not related to us, but sure we were linked recently.
  2. Another been told... What does one have to do to get on the 'been told' WhatsApp group?
  3. Yes, but not for us. It never is.
  4. Well that's a shock...
  5. Whilst that may be correct, surely the panel will only be considering what situation was at the time, rather than the situation is now. I find the suggested plan of that we are not doing any business now to try and prove we are trying to comply foolish when it directly harms our chances of getting promoted at the first time of asking.
  6. Reporters saying we need to sell to comply, whilst that may be true surely it doesn’t mean we have to sell now? It just means we have to sell before the end of the financial period in June 26, no?
  7. At least its a strategy, rather than shutting up shop, sticking our fingers in our ears, pleading poverty and hoping the independant panel feel sorry for us.
  8. Criticism over the past year is deserved. There is no doubt about that. However, surely for 90 minutes a fan base have a duty to provide ‘support’ to players wearing their teams shirt, not to turn on them 110 minutes into the season, which is also the second league game of our new manager in his 4 weeks at the club. We all know this team, for whatever reason, is mentally fragile. Like it or not, the fans that sang abuse to their own players during the first half are adding to the pressure. Some players like Faes and Winks won’t care. Others will and this is where the slightest mistake will knock individuals confidence or make players try too hard rather than playing their natural game and will play a part in performances like today.
  9. By all means scream blue murder at Rudkin and King Power, it is rightly deserved after the downfall they have overseen. However, specifically targeting the team during a match with abuse won’t help anyone. It’s Toxic and counter productive. Why would you want to do your best for fans who sing that you’re sh*t 20 mins in to a 90 minute match, when anything can still happen?!
  10. I saw how it went. The irony and fickleness of our fanbase cannot be more apparent by singing that in one half and then “In good times and the bad, we always back the lads……….” By all means express your views after the half or game, but during the game when the team for whatever reason is low on confidence and/or unity is surely counter productive. What possible good can come of it?
  11. Case in point
  12. Yes, our fans singing ‘We’re f**king sh*t” during the first half today on the first league away game will have done wonders for morale
  13. Went to the game. Thought we started well and looked hungry for a change, until Jakub’s brain fart. Then the same old weak mentality Leicester came back. The players cannot deal with any setback and have to rely on the manager to change things to get back in the game rather than taking the initiative for themselves. In all honesty I don’t think anyone played badly, but no one other than Monga played well either, which just sums up the whole club currently. It’s just all meh. Monga’s introduction and performance just shows how much the team and fans need new blood in this team. Both had a lift when he came on the pitch and before he did it just felt state. Unfortunately we’ve already seen how this transfer window ends from 3 seasons ago. Those in charge are incapable of doing what is needed to give us a chance in going back up at the first time of asking. We can absolutely write this season off unless we are able to in bodies in to give everyone a new hope and enthusiasm. Without its mid table mediocrity and further decline in the following seasons. Worrying times…
  14. To be fair, out of him and Skipp, he seems to be the only one who can progress the ball up the pitch. His problem is his positioning and tracking runners are terrible.
  15. Really don’t understand people making this comment. Our reserve team lost to their reserve team on penalties. I’d personally only wet the bed if it was the actually our first team playing tonight. The only real concern for me is that in both games the opposition wanted it more. Wednesday ran out of steam and Huddersfield didn’t, but ultimately didn’t win over the course of 90 mins. Marti has to start getting the team and individuals to start taking control of games and attacking from the start.
  16. Bamford, more like knowing our lot.
  17. He's a busy man!
  18. Tell that to a Crystal Palace fan. It matters what the situation was at the time, not what has happened since. Obviously different scenarios, but do you think that the authorities will care what we've done since after we made them look like idiots? The independant panel won't care either, especially after we have been charged with failing to comply as well.
  19. More likely to be related to Fatawu than Justin?
