We need the new manager bounce, it starts today, not hating on anyone, we don’t need to go straight back into how we were before Rowett. Actually not sure where you see the “hate” in my post. Very odd.

Finished Lord of the flies last night, absolutely brilliant, quite a difficult watch at some points. Took me right back to school as had to read this for English literature.

It’s fantastic, one of my favourites. As you say the writing and characters are genius! Even the secondary characters like Mandy and Kerry’s dad are so funny.

Just started watching the whole series again, series 1 had a lot of weak episodes, just finding its feet, series 2 much better.

It’s not as easy getting rid of playing personnel though, particularly when they’re on ridiculous contracts. Roll on the summer when we can ditch a few. Unfortunately it’s always the manager who will be the fall guy, however Marti had to go and Kingy was struggling to say the least.
