It's even worse down here. Soulless, ugly, orange, cheap shit new builds being built on every beautiful green plot they possibly can, with no regards for infrastructure or traffic. The road leading from our neighbourhood is already fu**ed and they're building 68 new homes just off it with only that road to access and exit from. And why do they ALL have to look like this:

Sleep hygiene is things like only being in your bed when it's bedtime, not using your phone before sleeping, eliminating any light, having a routine at bedtime that properly relaxes you like reading a book.

Leaving the NHS has been the best career move I could have made. Better pay, better hours, nicer conditions, funded courses and education I could never get on the NHS etc. My Dad's just been given a 52 week wait to even see a consultant about cataract surgery. The place I'm working at will do it for a discount (the surgeon even agreed to do the consultancy for free), trying to convince him to spend the money. When I go for drinks with my old team they tell me it's worse than ever moral-wise, everyone quitting, mainly due to unsafe staffing levels and poor pay.

That's a fooking steal.

When the rich accept that life for their companies can't be endless profit year on year, because that's impossible and a paradox. Oh wait that'll never happen so I guess we're all fu**ed.

The rich get richer while we all get poorer every month. Everyone slaving away 40 hours a week or more just to make these cvnts even more money. Everything going up in price because heaven forbid these companies & the rich don't make their impossible, perpetual profit. Capitalism is just not working.
