Yes you can at level 80. I was doing 50 million + damage in one hit at a lower level than that. I spent ages working out how to maximise damage, had one of the squad auto dying at the start to buff the others (can't remember the pictos) and sciel using her double damage and next turn thing on Maelle. I've uninstalled the game now or I could give more detail, although it's more fun to work it out yourself. If you've got to Renoir drafts without just making a cheese build then I salute you, spend some time on trying to kill him normally before you try a one shot build. Word of warning though, don't let him get a turn while any of your party are dead (you will see why).

Sorry - I can't access the FT. Do they provide any evidence for this? In the short run it makes sense but I'm not sure that in the long run that has anywhere near as much impact as the algorithm argument above. Just seems like a hypothesis someone has made.
