UpTheLeagueFox Posted 20 April 2015 Posted 20 April 2015 Eddie Howe took over at Bournemouth when they were under a transfer embargo and points deduction and heading out of the Football League and kept them up that season. He then got them promoted out of League Two and then League One and could easily take them into the PL in very quick time. Always a pleasure to interview him. The awards were great fun last night, first time I've been invited, nothing but praise for everyone there.
cc_star Posted 20 April 2015 Posted 20 April 2015 Wes Morgan has been an incredible FL player Schmeichel? Is that a case of recency bias? Surely over a decade there's been a keeper who's done it day in, day out like Big Wes has in his FL career
LCFC FOX Posted 20 April 2015 Posted 20 April 2015 No reading players from the record breaking 106 points is odd, I also thought maybe Charlie Adam should make it
lgfualol Posted 20 April 2015 Posted 20 April 2015 No Will Hughes is surprising. Thought the FL loved him.
Foxymcoxy Posted 20 April 2015 Posted 20 April 2015 How can you have a team of the decade in 2015? I presume it's been a decade since it became "The Championship" and League 1 and 2.
HEGGSY Posted 20 April 2015 Posted 20 April 2015 How can you have a team of the decade in 2015?Wasn't it 2005 when it changed from the Nationwide Division 1/2/3 to The Football League Championship./League 1/League 2?
bovril Posted 20 April 2015 Posted 20 April 2015 Ahh yes silly me. Still stupid though, all they did was change the name.
RedSoxUK Posted 20 April 2015 Posted 20 April 2015 I'd mention Jamie Vardy... ..but he spent most of his football career out of the FL.
Kitchandro Posted 20 April 2015 Posted 20 April 2015 Pretty good team in general but surely they can find better than Glenn Murray. He had one season where everything went his way and he scored a load of penalties but there are far better players who have been in the Championship over the past 10 years.
