Already happened and he made a grand total of 0 appearances.

The reason the u21s are doing well is because we went out and filled out the squad with average standard players at league 2/conference level - Dawson, Pearson, Davis, Scott, Watson, Blyth none of them will make it, we kind of cheated to compete at the higher level.

If anything it isn't helping the progress of some of the U18s like Choudhury and Ndukwu who have had limited playing time at that level. Of the current batch of u21s Chilwell is the only hope.

Getting a higher standard of youth into the club is cheating? ..... Alright mate.

What do you expect exactly? This is a first glimpse of football for a lot of these lads of course they will start out at a lower level. It's called a development squad for a reason, the idea is that they improve and reach the level of our first team.

Nobody could have predicted Liam Moore would end up good enough after being very average for a Bradford side in league 2, but guess what we used that to develop him and in time he progressed to an integral part of the team last year.

The attitudes of the posters on here are atrocious, remember where Vardy (the man who has given us a fighting chance of staying up) came from!

Without wishing to knock the lad, he's young and learning his trade. Having only seen him play twice he didn't look very impressive and was very easily knocked off the ball even at that level . There were another 2 or 3 ahead of him including Lawrence who may possibly vi for an appearance next year but he's way ahead of him at this point in his development imo.

I think 10% of the people here could play for his country.

I love the names in that team:

Thrizen Leader (captain, what else), Vinceroy Nelson, Shaquille Barzey, Evansroy Barns, Orlando Mitchum, Zephaniah Thomas, Kennedy Isles...

It's like somebody took random characters from Shakespeare, added some names of basketball players and a few famous actors and mashed all the names together.

Still, they've got huge games against El Salvador coming up in the World Cup qualification rounds in the summer. If they win, they'll be a step closer to making it into a qualifying group for the first time in their history...

Because Nigel Pearson and his team are a better judge of footballing talent than me.

And you surprisingly enough.

Well they haven't ruled any of those guys out!

Ndukwu is still doing his gcses I believe and only just got his scholarship! Meaning he's 15/16! He has roughly 5 years to develop into a first team player and is already playing above his age group!

I think we have a good chance of at least seeing a couple in the team in league cup next season, if they do well why shouldn't they stay involved! Cain played in league cup and had since done well at Walsall I believe! Also the under 21s for us is relatively new, so people like Ndukwu and Chilwell will get the full benefit of the system!

Hoping to find online stream for the game and seeing who impresses from the last time I went!

Got to hand it to him, he's looking better than I thought he was. Probably a loan out next season though.

Played with him at goals a few times, slightly different to 11-a-side I know but even so, he's nothing super special. I wish him all the best but don't see him a first team regular if we stay up. League 1/2 at most.
