Seems like there was some dodgy decisions though. Not sure how Vidal didn't get a yellow early on and it wasn't a straight red, although he did already have a yellow, so it may be a moot point anyway.

Dan Posted 4 July 2015 Posted 4 July 2015 Chile all over them. Sanchez has actually been quite poor here. Already picked the wrong pass a couple of times in the final third. Aranguiz should be in the book. No way would it have gone unpunished if it was the other way around.

Jaspa Posted 4 July 2015 Posted 4 July 2015 Argies have had a couple of chances that shouldve been put away, Chile are doing well and standing up to the punishment but theyre not finding Sanchez enough and Valdivia is getting cleaned out anytime he gets near the ball. Could go either way but looks like an Argie win, 1 or 2 nil at the moment. Chile really need to open them up somehow and show some ruthlessness

That one where Sanchez has got Vidal free for a one on one from 12 yards yet decided to look for Vargas at the far post is still bugging me now. It did fall to Vidal but it wasn't as clear a chance.
