I was 14 and I'd been caught smoking by my Dad a few days before. After being given the lecture about the ills of smoking we went to the game that night and he asked me if I'd given up smoking. I obviously lied and said I had and he made me promise on Leicester getting through against Atletico. If only I'd come clean Garry Parker might not have been sent off, Muzzy would've won probably two penalties and Leicester would've gone through. So if you're going to blame anyone blame me!!

I hope Simeone sticks around there for a long time yet. I find the way they go about their business entertaining. They're a huge thorn in the giants. But for all that's the case, I make that three years running Real Madrid have knocked them out now. Atleti seem to have their number in the league and cup, but when it comes to Europe it's the total opposite. Don't think the strongest side have won this but that's tournament football for you. For Real Madrid's standards this side is bang average.

Pretty sure I read if Atletico had won then they would've beaten clubs who have collected 27 European trophies on the way
