We had a fantastic team spirit with Nigel in charge, which was one of the main factors of why out r great escape happened. Everyone sticker together. I feel we are going to lose that now. Big mistake.

I feel especially sorry for Fuchs, Huth and Okazaki. Wouldn't actually begrudge any of them leaving this summer, not that I expect it to happen. They've come here under false pretences.

I didn't want Pearson out any more than the rest but c'mon, these players have signed to play for the club not Pearson.

A new manager will come in and the whole squad starts with a clean slate and they'll get on with it and before you know it it will be like he was never here.

I just hope they get the right man in and not someone who has failed time and time again or not done much.

We need to bring in someone who is talented and ambitious. Ladies and gentlemen I give you........................

Please no one who indicates we're just happy to survive in the PL and not push on like Big Fat Sam.

If the club have real ambition to push on from our 14th place then we need to make a statement. A statement to the players, fans and outside world.

Worrying, anyone could see a lot of these are fiercely loyal to Nigel Pearson and it's impossible to think we'll have the same level of desire from certain players without him.

The fact they all pulled together not to speak to Radio Leicester showed exactly just how commited they are to him and with this being the most likeable squad we have had for 15-20 years it's hard knowing it's probably going to start being taken apart.

I hope they all knuckle down and pull together for the next guy as well but one of the reasons we have had such a committed and passionate squad over the last few years is because they are loyal people who Nige signs, a few of this lot will be feeling as devastated as a lot of our fans today.

Lets be honest. Pearson got the best out of certain players and created a healthy environment for the players to thrive in. I've never seen a more hard working, free flowing and resilient group than what we have had the last three years or so. A new manager will have to win the trust of the players, and if he cannot, we may have some problems.

Can imagine players like Vardy and Kasper being upset

I imagine most of them will be quite upset. No doubt some of them were upset about the whole Thai scandal too. Remains to be seen how they will react with the new manager.

Yeah I just think Vardy in particular has been taken under NP's wing and has ultimately got an England call up because of him

Unfortunately, I can easily imagine a dismantling of the squad like shortly after MON left. I hope that we can get an equally inspiring manager in, but failing that, I guess we have Okazaki that replaces Vardy.

There won't be a lack of takers if Vardy wants to leave and now is probably the perfect time to cash in!

Vardy got an England call up because of Vardy.

He will continue to do the things he does well whomever he plays under.

Personally, I think this thing about players sulking because Pearson has left is overdone. It's over-hyped IMO.

There will be uncertainty but ultimately the players will get on with it. They just do.

For sure, Pearson gave Vardy his chance...but it's Vardy who's taken it. And will continue to do so whether with us or elsewhere.
