Górnik Leicester Posted 23 August 2015 Author Posted 23 August 2015 Opted for Inler replacing Drinkwater. Mostly finished, although not entirely happy with my depiction of Inler. Will have a fresh look later on today.
cjslcfc Posted 23 August 2015 Posted 23 August 2015 How about Drinkwater drinking water, since people got so giddy about that...

Górnik Leicester Posted 23 August 2015 Author Posted 23 August 2015 Matchday 3: The long-awaited introduction of Inler.
Guest Papasmurf Posted 23 August 2015 Posted 23 August 2015 Missed this thread. Great idea. Keep them coming mate.
Captain... Posted 23 August 2015 Posted 23 August 2015 Just a suggestion but the blue background and blue kit means the image gets a little lost, Shinji in the white kit stands out and looks a lot better. Maybe a white background for blue kit and a blue background for black and white kits.
Górnik Leicester Posted 30 August 2015 Author Posted 30 August 2015 Matchday 4: AFC Bournemouth 1-1 Leicester City
Guest Papasmurf Posted 31 August 2015 Posted 31 August 2015 Ok, you're now in charge of the pictures.
Rincewind Posted 31 March 2016 Posted 31 March 2016 Couldn't the club sponsor it? Would make a good calendar.?
Nalis Posted 31 March 2016 Posted 31 March 2016 I wish this had carried on. Such a good idea. I know, so many iconic images. Vardy's celebration v Man Utd, Huth's goals v Spurs and Man City, Okazaki's bicycle kick would have been epic too. I guess they do take a lot of time and the guy was doing it free. Still time to complete the season and sell them as a collection at the end of the season, enough demand for or regardless of whether or not we win the league.

If it's for an art project then maybe he'll have carried on just none put them on FoxesTalk?
Górnik Leicester Posted 31 March 2016 Author Posted 31 March 2016 I have indeed carried them on, Although haven't exactly stuck to every game (yet). Have done seven-or-eight more (Ranieri, de Laet, Mahrez, Vardy, Kanté), but they are time consuming, and with the fact I'm in the middle of writing a book, I have fallen a bit behind. Still plan to complete, but might not all be done by the end of the season.
billyfox1 Posted 31 March 2016 Posted 31 March 2016 Typical Bernie. Can't even put his jacket on the right way round.
kushiro Posted 1 April 2016 Posted 1 April 2016 I have indeed carried them on Still plan to complete, but might not all be done by the end of the season. Good to hear it. Looking back at the Spurs home game the moment you chose was an interesting one - Inler coming on for Drinkwater. I wonder what Danny was thinking at the time - no doubt wondering if he was going to lose his place in the starting XI. I remember thinking that the character of the team was about to change - Inler would make us much more of a continental side, and it seemed that some essential element was about to be lost. So great that Drinkwater upped his game, and now he's getting international recognition (while Inler can't get in the Swiss squad). Here it is again:
Górnik Leicester Posted 8 April 2016 Author Posted 8 April 2016 Good work Gornik! Whats the book about? Thanks. The book is a brief history of Polish football. Niche, I know, but a huge passion of mine.
Górnik Leicester Posted 8 April 2016 Author Posted 8 April 2016 Wasn't that happy with my Inler image, so changed to this one instead. Had to get De Laet in, and his goal against Villa was perfect timing. A first defeat, and Claudio was the subject. Another goalscorer - this time Schlupp at Norwich.
Górnik Leicester Posted 8 April 2016 Author Posted 8 April 2016 Southampton away. Dyer returned to St. Mary's. A first clean sheet. Kasper helps earn the pizzas. A Gomes howler, but Kanté claims his first for the club. City come from 2-0 down for the second successive game.
Górnik Leicester Posted 8 April 2016 Author Posted 8 April 2016 Another 3-2 at The Hawthorns. Riyad leads the charge against The Swans. "it's all mine". The Record Breaker silences the Red Devils.
Osavo Posted 8 April 2016 Posted 8 April 2016 Great work, particularly love the Mahrez one against Swansea.
