Pub for Bournemouth?

Is it a far walk from mello mello to the ground? And what's the chances of getting in both there & the weatherspoons?

I did both last time we were there. Mello Mello has more in common with a greasy spoon than a pub though.

percy florence hosted a impromptu post-match City booze-up and sing a long a couple of seasons ago! Management seemed very happy. The Bell is just down the road opposite pokesdown station if you'd prefer a pub with comfort, sky sports and a bit more than a wetherspoons can offer. Also happy to have away fans - we were in there pre match last time also! Plus next door in a new football memorabilia shop, for all you anoraks... All these 10-15 mins walk to ground. For those drinking in bournemouth plenty of buses come down the christchurch road - 15 mins... :)

60 million postcards wasn't a bad boozer either....

Decent range of beers in there, if you're into your beers try the Inferno on Holdenhurst road, they have weekly guest beers on rotation and even brew their own upstairs! 5 minute walk from Bournemouth station then a 10 minute cab/ 25 min walk to the ground.

Happened last time... singing and dancing on tables in pubs didn't let anyone from Leicester in on the Saturday night
