I feared the worst. But what an inspired signing Claudio has proven to be. He's retained the spirit and energy of the side, while adding some much needed tactical acumen. And it brought a lump to my throat to see him whipping the crowd to a frenzy in ET. Absolute legend, already. Love the guy. I loved Pearson because of what he achieved. So far Ranieri has been superb, but he has achieved nothing. That may sound harsh but it's fact. I was one of those who last season during our bad patch kept reminding everyone the season is 38 games long and we should judge the manager on what they achieve at the end of the seasons, which eventually was a 14th placed finish. I will adopt exactly the same attitude this season, we have had an encouraging start but the season is a long time and as we more than any club know, a few results can change the swing of things. Am I loving the start, yes. Am I behind Ranieri 100%, yes. Did the owners make the right decision, much too early to tell.

Going forward we look sensational at times but if we keep up conceding goals it'll bite us on the arris. We haven't kept a clean sheet all season I don't think? Arsenal will exploit this if we aren't careful. That's our only worrying area at present. Whilst I don't disagree with what you are saying it was Pearson trying to remedy just that that derailed our season this time last year. I would rather concede and compete than just sit back and get beaten.
