In the grand scheme of the UK, they're in the Midlands, they get pretty much the same weather as everyone else. I'll take someone from Siberia, Lapland or the Yukon telling me that I don't know about bad weather but some ned from a few miles north of Blackpool making out she's from the Arctic circle can bollocks.
