Ordered before Xmas If you haven't had it a week before the game you need to contact the office as you go on the duplicates list to pick it up at the ground, it's not the ball ache it sounds, I had it at Southampton this season, walked straight up to away ticket office, thought I'd be queuing for ages but wasn't. Other than that the sales can't do a lot.

Judging by that video of the fans yesterday when the players got on the team coach it looks like it's going to be a tasty atmosphere on live TV!
